Slip resistance:
Boards of Techwoodn according to ASTM D2394-05. This is the best ranking for bare-foot slip resistance.
Weathering resistance:
Boards of Techwoodn have very low moisture uptake.This is key for mold and mildew resistance.
UV resistance:
4000 hours accelerated Xenon-arc Exposure,the Boards turned slightly more clear and colored.
Abrasion resistance:
The resistance to abrasion is similar to oak.
Fungus resistance:
Whatever fungus the wood composite is exposed to,it is extremely durable.

. Is it difficult to install the wpc board?
No, it is easy to install. Using the tool which you use to install the real wood. Fix the board on the substructure with clips.
. Can you stick the label with our logo on the boards?

- Q: like the shark pocket mop on hard wood floors.....need the help
- I don't know about that particular model, but I have hardwood flooring throughout my whole house and have a shark steam mop...one of the basic models that have been out on the market for a couple of years. I love it. It works well if you take your time. I like the fact that is leaves less moisture on the flooring than any other method I have used previously. I am happy with mine, and my daughter likes hers too. The only thing about this model is that you have to clean the corners by hand as it does not get right into the corners...no biggie for me....and it does an ok job on travertine, but great job on smoother porceline tiles I have.
- Q: Chinese hospitals only have 4 floors ' was a fact of the day at school. Why can't they have any more floors??!
- They don't only go up to only 4 floors. Maybe you're referring to how some(I'm not sure if all) hospitals in China don't have a forth floor. So the floors would be numbered: 1,2,3,5,6, etc. This is because the Chinese word for four四(sì) sounds similar to the word for death: 死(sǐ). So to a Chinese person, a family member or friend as a patient on the fourth floor would be like a patient on the death floor(it's considered unlucky)
- Q: floor hockey
- can't you just call it stickhandling like we do in icehockey?
- Q: I just purchased some floor tiles that are suppose to be easy to install. All the direction say you have to do is just attach them to your floor (it sticks on one side) but they won't stick to my floor! (on my bathroom floor, they already have tiny cement tiles on them, nonremovable) i really dont want to take them back, but i need some advice on what i can use to make them work on my bathroom floor, because i hate the tiling thats already there, could someone please help. - Make sure the pre-existing tiles are completely clean and free of any type of debris... then purchase some special glue for flooring from your local Home Depot or Lowes'... it comes in a can, get a elcheapo paint brush and paint each area of the existing tiles first where you plan to lay each of the new square ones... I did this in my bathroom and utility area... it turned out great!
- Q: Do you grout wall tiles or floor tiles first for a tile shower and floor in a bathroom?
- I usually do the floor first but that's just because I set the floor first so it extends under the finished wall surface.

- For best temperature yeah a hardwood floor.It can be a great or better in warming up to make the room temperature cozy.
- Q: I will be moving shortly to another flat which has ancient stained wall to wall carpets. Judging by the age of the block I'm guessing that underneath the carpets are parquet tiles. I was thinking of having the parquet sanded and gleamed, but then I also started thinking in terms of laminated flooring, with which I'm not very familiar. How hard-wearing is laminated flooring, how easy is it to clean, if pets have 'accidents' are the floors likely to stain, etc. How do the laminated floors compare vs parquet?
- Laminated flooring is the easiest surface to clean. Also with all the colours to choose from, it's very tempting. From a money point of view, also art deco-ish, people absolutely love reviding the old parquet flooring. They would not think of taking it out. The quality of the wood is much more hardy than laminate. Once you have taken all the gunk, there probably is, off the parquet flooring, you can have a poly-urethane sealer put on. It does not shine, and can be cleaned with soap and water.
- Q: I am looking to replace the flooring in my bathrooms
- It depends on what kind of flooring you want to install, and what is already on the floor. If you are going to install a sheet vinyl, and there is more than one layer of existing flooring you will have to remove the old flooring. Then you will probably have to install 1/4 luan or plywood underlay first. Then you will have a nice smooth surface for the new floor. If there is only one layer of existing flooring and it is smooth and tight you should be able to install the new vinyl right over it. Some vinyls have to be glued fully, and then there are others that are only perimeter glue. You should remove the stool, install the new floor, a new seal under the stool and replace it.
- Q: Have small bathroom that needs tile flooring replaced. Don't want large tiles because they show cracks when damaged and they are very obvious. Any genuinely serious recommendations as far as replacing the floor tiles with new floor tiles. Linoleum is not an option.
- Whatever tile you choose, make sure that it does not get slippery when wet. The tile that we chose for our bathroom is dangerous with just a little water on it.
