Some glam metal bands such as W.A.S.P., Twisted Sister or Quiet Riot are really good metal bands and I don't see any reason at all for hating them. However, it's the later glam metal bands that were horrible. Bands like Poison, Cinderella or Motley Crue just look really stupid and feminine, and I don't mean tongue-in-cheek feminine like Dee Snider, but just really stupid with all the big hair and make up. Their music was also very simplified with constant lyrics about love, sex and partying. Early glam is ok, while the later one is bad.
