Q: I HAVE A 3G ZTE BOOST MOBILE PHONE AN I WANT ANOTHER ONE
Nope there is no trade. You would have to purchase another boost mobile phone if you want another phone. You can always sell your cell phone on craigslist website and use that money for another cell phone.
Q: can not receive e mail to my mobile phone.
still I cannot gat my e.mail on my mobile.I have shared mobile phone with my daughter. up till three day a go I was receiving mail but now showing cannot load new mail.
Q: Can one mobile phone charger work on other mobile phone(any mobile phone)
Oh No!!!! in spite of each thing that! Oooh I wager she replaced right into a satisfied bunny ;-) I had to take back a cordless drill cos the charger replaced into knackered and the answerer above me is right, the 30 day element is only in case you haven't any longer any choose or choose for for it. they'd desire to take back defective stuff in any different case it could be licence to print money. superb of luck with that eh? LOL.
Q: I am considering switching to T-Mobile from a prepaid phone company and I had a few questions-can I keep my same old number?-if you have their service, do you like it?-what phone do you think I should get-I want a full keyboard? Thanks!
yes u can keep the # love the service samsung behold or samsung memoir (newest phones available)
Q: Hi, Do you know of any companies which offer mobile phone insurance in USA? My Carrier Cingular does have mobile phone insurance but does not cover my PDA phone?
Yes, Sprint offers it. Once you buy a Sprint phone and they will ask you if you want insurance. At first, I didn't understand, so I said no. Then the salesperson told me that it is a good idea just in case the phone breaks. At first, Sprint will mailed the exact same phone I had and I had to pay shipping charges. Now they are giving you the phone in the store if there is something wrong with the phone you have. All you have to do is pay a small nominal fee each month with your phone bill.
Q: (if you havent had this happen or your not 100% sure. please dont answer!)My best friend had his T-Mobile phone stolen 5 days ago. It was a RZR V3. He didnt cancel the contract or the SIM card, so he could see who was being called, to attempt to find out who took it. The calls were all over the place, in different cities around here. Is there anyway to track his phone and/or SIM to see what area he lives in? Maybe the handset? Hes dreading calling T-Mobile because he owes money, but could they do anything? And finally, what happens if the SIM card gets changed?
he doesnt need to wait and go ahead and cut off the service because its really hard for tmobile to track down who is using itthe longer he waits he gonna have to end up paying for the minutes the person who stole it used. The tmobile are not gonna track the person who did it theyre just going to say cut the service offhe can still get another tmobile phone wit a new sim card and the person who stole wont be able to access the stolen phone cuz their gonna cut off that sim card service
Q: I'm buying a T-mobile G1 from OKorder and not the store, when I recieve the phone i need to change the plan but can i get insurance on the G1. I currently have insurance on my phone but i read on the T-mobile site that you can only get insurance within 14 days of a new activiationI'm confused
You can get insurance for your phone from T-Mobile ONLY if you buy the phone from T-Mobile. If you buy the cell phone off OKorder, T-Mobile will NEVER insure your phone.
Q: I recently was told something about how if a new phone comes out, for example the next iPhone, I could bring in my iPhone 6+ and trade it in for the next iPhone if it was in good condition. The payments i've already made monthly would just start over for the new phone. I was wondering if that was true or not. I also heard something about a t mobile jump plan and was wondering if I could get some more information on that if anyone knew. Thank you.
T-Mobile Jump is something you add to your plan that costs an extra $10 a month. After 6 months you can jump by handing over your old phone and getting a new one. The remaining cost on your old phone is gone, you just have to start paying on the new phone. (jump means you don't need to pay off the old phone)
Q: I have a T-Mobile HP Phone Pocket PC thing and I use cingular. Can they unlock the phone to work with cingular?
You can get it unlocked by tmobile they are the ones with the unlock codes for their phones if you have had service with them for over six months call their cust care and ask for their intrnational department and tell them you are traveling abroad and you need it unlocked .the thing is though when it gets unlocked thats all good for making voice calls and most of the time texting b ut for the data side of it and usually mms messaging it wont work until you load in the cingular software for the phone or have atech walk you through the network settings to input in it. the best way to contact them is to ask the first cust care person you get what the internationl depts email is and email them your request they will 90% of the time just email you back the unlock code and instructions. hope that helps
Q: I want a touch screen T mobile phone that does not require me to subscribe to web access.Does anyone know of a good one?
T Mobile has had many problems with their [phones and network since they found out that they are merging with ATT. I know first hand. Since they know that this merger will go through T Mobile just stop caring. Their goal is to sell as many phones as possible to lock you into a contract. T Mobile has spent millions in legal fees because their employees continue to give out their customer's ssn and pass code. I have the case number for this. I hope that this helps as a great deal of research has gone into this.
