Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.
The characteristics of:
- flat style seat
The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.
And the overall package glue
The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.
And corrosion resistance
The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.
And not easy to break
Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.
Three "O" ring seal
As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.
And help to drink
Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.
- Casting valve
Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.
And light weight
The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

- Q: hi i have mitral valve prolapse/dysautonomia. when i get chest pains, its when i try to breathe. like i can take a little breath but if i take more my chest hurts. used to be pretty scary. i understand dysautonomia, but know know why it hurts to breathe in my heart sometimes. please help!
- the pain can relate to dysautonomia if it is persisting for long, even it can be a pleuritic pain otherwise, talk to your doctor about it.
- Q: i am wanting to know if there is a diagram of the engine or at least if you have to remove the intake manifold to get to the egr valve.
- the accord is one of the best engineered cars that honda has ever produced and if the one you are looking at has a sunroof and leather it is a ex-L model witch is the top of the line model the milage on it is good and the price is as well your are getting a good deal but there are two things you need to know the automatic trannys that came in the v6 accord have alot of problems but dont let that worry you the trannys in the v6 accords from 98 to 02 the 6th gen model normally go out between 100000 and 110000 miles but honda extended the warranty on them to cover this problem so you wont have to pay for it that right there is a great bonus because even though the tranny will go out honda will cover the cost and you get a brand new tranny that is good for another 100000 miles now the second thing is the timing belt is recomended to be replaced between 90000 and 110000 miles but with only 76000 miles on it you have a ways to go before you have to worry about that I myself have an 02 accord 2dr ex-L 4cyl. and i love it it had 68000 miles on it when i got it and now has 80000 and i have only had it for 11 months but i drive my car alot and i drive it even harder i dont think i have ever shifted to the next gear untill it redlined witch i know is really bad for the car but even with as hard as i drive mine i have never had one problem with it well except for the damage i did the under carraige from having it lowered 2 and a half inch when i bottomed out going 127 on the interstate haha good times but yes you are geeting a good deal and if you get this car you will love it
- Q: people tell me i need to install new valves and valve guides
- You might not need new valves or valve guides. Mitsubishis, along with many other vehicles, use hydraulic lifters which give off a ticking sound. They're located between the rocker arm, or in the rocker arm, and the head of the valve. It's very common and will not harm the engine. However, if the sound you're hearing is more of a rattling, like putting some nuts and bolts in a glass jar, you may need to pull the valve cover off and inspect for yourself to make sure that the rocker arms do not have any play to them while they are pushing on the valves. If there is any play in the rocker side to side, you may need to replace those rockers. However, if there is any play up and down you may just need to replace the lifter. To better check if you need new valves or valve guides run through this checklist: Are you burning oil? Have you done a compression test (both wet and dry)? And if so, were the compression numbers within spec? Have you felt a loss in power/idle quality/gas mileage? Is your oil level correct/using the correct oil/non-FRAM oil filter? At your next oil change, instead of using the recommended 5W-30 engine oil, try switching to something a little heavier, such as 10W-30, to cancel out the effect of possible lifter tick. Do not use a FRAM oil filter if you have in the past since they're filters tend to have additives that are unnecessary and may cause the engine harm.
- Q: Do I need breathers too??? Cause I believe that there is a hose that runs from the valve cover to the carb then a breather as well??????? and If i do end up putting a hose in will it suck the oil out or just the gases casue the mopar vavle covers dont have anything blocking the oil and rocker arms from splashing on the PCV Vavle on the inside????? FEEDBACK IS APPRECIATED

- Q: Also what prevents this from occuring? I have a lab due tomorrow for my biology class this is one of the questions. the answer is no where in my book, and we haven't discussed this in class. im also having a hard time finding the answer online. i would assume it would have something to do with the elasticity of the valves, and i know that when valves are weak sometimes blood can flow back into the artium when the ventricle contracts causing a heart murmur and other problems, but i haven't came across any information that talks about the valve being pushed backwards. if you can help me out that would be awesome! thanks =]
- the heart valves maintain the unidirectional flow of blood in the heart by opening and closing depending on the difference in pressure on each side. (wiki) So I would assume that the pressure of blood flow is what prevents the valve from pushing backwards. ALSO Atrioventricular valves These are small valves that prevent backflow from the ventricles into the atrium during systole. They are anchored to the wall of the ventricle by chordae tendineae, which prevent the valve from inverting. The chordae tendineae are attached to papillary muscles that cause tension to better hold the valve. Together, the papillary muscles and the chordae tendineae are known as the subvalvular apparatus. The function of the subvalvular apparatus is to keep the valves from prolapsing into the atria when they close. The subvalvular apparatus have no effect on the opening and closure of the valves, however. This is caused entirely by the pressure gradient across the valve.
- Q: i have seen the wrting M/T on some valve covers and was wondering what that meant
- Yep those are the old Mickey Thompson valve covers. He was a great drag racer and tire maker. M/T slicks are one of the most used tires in drag racing today. He was murdered (shot IIRC) around 30 years ago by a hired gunman that his biz partern hired to gun Mickey down
- Q: Today I found out I have the heart disease Mitral Valve Prolapse. I'm 13, I weigh 109 pounds and I'm 5'8. I'm also pretty skinny too. I know this is a pretty common disease but should I be worried at all?
- Mitral valve prolapse is the most common cardiac problem and may affect five to twenty percent of the population. The condition is most common in women, although men are also affected. With MVP, symptoms do not begin before the early teenage years (approximately age 14 in girls and 15 in boys), but adults of any age may be affected. MVP tends to run in families, so those with blood relatives with MVP have a greater chance of also having the condition. If a person has mild MVP, he/she needs no restriction of exercise. But if the MVP is big, then it is a different thing. Because, though complications in this condition are very less, people who suffer from this condition have to take extreme care. In case of large MVP, you may have to cut down on your physical activity, have a surgery and may be put you on medications like beta blockers. If the valve is truly defective (not just 'prolapsed'), it is serious. Unfortunately, doctors have mistaken a 'differently shaped' mitral valve as a disease in itself. And this is where the non-disease comes in. In simple terms, a mitral valve that appears prolapsed is usually normal. It still is not clear to experts why some mitral valves appear prolapsed and allow some blood leakage backwards. I have an answer for that phenomenon, but the important point is that the disease is a non-disease.
- Q: I have been diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve and a discrete stenosis under the valve at 11 years old. I am now 25. My cardiologist told me I might need a valve replacement a 70. Can people actually live long with that condition? I don't understand it. And he only wants me to have an ultrasound every 3 years because nothing has changed in the past 10 years. Can my condition change in a short time? At a dangerous level? I have bad anxiety because of this.
- The mitral valve between the left atrium and left ventricle only has two cusps and it works fine. Since the valve going into the left ventricle has two valves, it stands to reason that a similar valve going out of the left ventricle would function similarly if it was the same size and shape. The number of cusps is not entirely related to how well the valve functions. In your case, the opening of the aortic valve is slightly smaller than normal, but clearly capable of passing an adequate amount of blood. The stenosis alone may be the only problem caused by the valve. The stenosis you have likely creates some back pressure when the left ventricle contracts. The heart compensates partly for the back pressure but this prolonged compensation wears on the heart valve a little more than normal. So, you end up with a heart that more or less functions normally but the back pressure and compensation cause the heart valve to wear out faster than normal. Its a gradual effect. The type of damage done from this circumstance is not something that changes rapidly. Evaluating the condition every three years is still probably a very cautious approach and its not certain that the stenosis will ever become a significant problem even if you live well beyond 70 years.
- Q: im 28yrs old with two babies.in my heart two valves are very tight and leaking too,im going for a transplanting them in august. If there is anybody who got this problem solved please share. Thanks in advance.
- Usually with an artificial valve, you'll need to be on a blood thinner for the rest of your life. If they use a natural valve, you usually won't need the blood thinner - perhaps you will for a little while, but not permanently. You can request a natural valve, but the surgeon doesn't know what size/shape of valve you need until he actually opens you up and sees what he's working with. He has an idea, based on the x-rays and MRIs you've had done, but he won't know for sure until he actually see it. So the surgeons are going to request that the Organ Procurement Department to thaw out two or three valves, depending on what they see in the tests. You can't just keep thawing out valaves, testing them, and then refreezing them if they aren't what you are looking for, so if they turn out to not be a good fit, he's going to turn to an artificial valve. So you could request a natural valve, but because of the shape of the gap that he needs to fill, you may have to have an artificial valve. Blood thinners scare people, and your friends will tell you horror stories about how their uncle's cousin's Nephew cut his arm and bled to death because he was on a blood thinner! That could happen, but it is very rare. What does happen is that you will have to go to your doctor once a month and have a blood test, and if your blood is too thin, you need to ease off on the blood thinning medication. Or if it is too thick, you need to take more. If you're blood is too thin, you'll bruise more easily - which might be embarrassing if the bruise can be seen. Blood thinners aren't as dangerous as they make them out to be, but they can be inconvenient!
- Q: what exactly causes a valve to stretch?
- Valves do not stretch - where are you getting these ideas! If you're wondering how valve clearances get tighter - it's from the valve face pounding into the valve seat. The seat gets worn down and the valve gets worn down, causing the valve to get pulled higher into the head.
