- Q: I would like to know how exactly was the Vacuum cleaner invented, what is it's main purpose? Are there any unintended sequences from this invention? IE: Is it being used for things its not supposed to?Thank you for your opinions
- No, and the rest of the answer is found by using common sense.
- Q: I need a good vacuum for my floors - right now I sweep every night - then i swiffer wet jet or clean with wipes on my hands and knees. Im very OCD about my floors being clean as you can tell - Ive tried the BISSELL stick Vacuum for hardwood floors but it is worthless - the basic broom seems to work the best but still doesn't get everything... what is the best Lightweight inexpensive vacuum out there for that type of flooring.... thanks guys for your info!
- Try the Dyson DC14. For someone like you, it's mandatory cleaning equipment. It's pricey, but I think it's exactly what you're looking for.
- Q: Our old dryer wouldn't dry clothes so we replaced it with a brand new one. We're having the same problem so I'm assuming the vent is blocked. I'm not very handy and I electrocute myself routinely so I want to make sure I'm not doing anything dangerous if I hop on the roof with and try fishing any crap out of the vent. Suggestions or warnings?
- Roof ? it should vent out the wall just unplug it pull it out and clean the vent from behind it
- Q: I want a vacuum cleaner that will pickup pet and human hair and not clog up. Which one of these would be the best?
- Hi there, I work as a technician on vacuum cleaners and of the ones you have selected I would definately pick the bissell. It will cost less to maintain when compared to the hoovers and is much better quality than the shark one. You will also find it will need less tlc than other competitors. The dyson is a slightly lighter machine to use but in all honesty it's not that much better than the bissell. Hope this helps :)
- Q: It's 2014 and it doesn't really seem like vacuums have come that far. What's worse, they like everything else on the market are made for the dump. So whatever deal I happen to find on a seemingly decent vacuum is really going towards the next seemingly decent vacuum..... the vacuum I own is a perfect example! it ran me about 50 bucks but it's crap, and overall the cleanliness of my carpet, and air are the real cost of my savings...The only vacuum that I can say really proved itself in front of me was a Kirby, but there's no way in hell I could justify quot;to myselfdropping 1500 or more (depending how good the salesman was) on a vacuum cleaner....even ifit'll suck dirt through 12 inches of cotton...So to my question, what vacuum cleaner brand, model, etc. has the best suction and filtration but also won't break the bank??? Somewhere around $100-$200 maybe even $300 if need beAny info is appreciated, thanks in advance
- This okorder /... We aren't hill billies btw...lol Works good, and will pick up spills.
- Q: I was thinking of getting one of those as seen on TV, I am an allergy sufferer and need the most efficient to get rid of the dust mites, bacteria etc..
- They work great....just a little messy to clean.
- Q: I own a Dyson and although it is great for picking up pet hair, at almost every other level it is an appalling contraption, cannot overide rugs, will not pick up small bits preferring to push them around the room. The hose ,oh! that bloody hose arrangement, must have been designed to drive us bonkers and why do they have to have that horrendous appearance?
- They are really good, but don't go splashing out if your thinking of buying one, I went for the cheapest one and it's amazing! To b3 honest I don't know what the difference is beetween the cheapest and most expensive because the cheap one works wonders!!!!!!
- Q: I need a good quality vacuum that is not to expensive. I have a dog so I was thinking a pet hair cleaner. can anyone give me some suggestions?
- Loads of great quality vacuum cleaners at Nilfix...
- Q: Just curious. What would the effect be?
- A clean black hole, I guess. Could you read about black holes, BEFORE you post?
- Q: Hi I'm considering buying one as I have back problems and vacuuming is tough for me, but I'm not sure how effective they would be. If anyone has used one, please let me know, Thank you!
- No, but I really want one!
