- The first answerer is a bit mislead. Einstein's formula did not deal with light itself...but rather the speed of light. E=mc^2 Energy = mass * (speed of light)^2 Bit of a difference. I'm not sure about your question, however. It is interesting, indeed. After all, are you talking about the radiation from the sun that we perceive as light? Or are you talking about light in general? If the latter, I would have to say that light is beyond comprehension if approached from a substance standpoint. After all, it seems to me that light is more of a perception of human senses rather than a matter with physical properties.

- Fog lights have a wide, flat beam that should be aimed to shine close to the ground and under the fog to illuminate the road surface in front of your vehicle. They should be used only with low beam headlights. Driving lights are kind of like an additional high beam headlight that throws a fairly narrow beam of light further down the road. - Small amounts, yes. Fluorescent lights work by running an electric charge through a glass tube, the excited electrons emit energy as UV light. The tube is filled with particular gases and the inner surface of the tube is coated in various phosphors and other chemicals. As the UV light hits these gases and phosphors, the light is converted into longer wavelength (lower energy) light which we see as visible light. You will sometimes see fluorescent lights with no powder coating, these are used for UV sterilisers both for medical and aquarium/pond purposes.

Thre irs no such thing in the traffic code that discusses the yellow light so it is never a factor in a traffic light case. Only red ones and green ones.
