- Buy the stock lights, open the trunk and remove the bolts holding the carpet in. Pull back the carpet behind the tail lights and you'll see bolts. Before you remove any of the bolts, remove all of the wires/bulbs from the tail lights. Then, simply remove those bolts and the tail light will pop out. Replace it with the factory tail lights and bolt it up again then reconnect all the bulbs/wires. Repeat for the other side. It took me about 30 mins to do both.

Sometimes when people have a trailer connection for lights etc. it is easy to blow the brake light fuse. or someone screwed up the wiring and it came loose, check any electrical wiring that has been spliced for your trailer connection. You said the turn signals work, that means the bulb is good because it is a double element. (brighter)
