- Q: I have acctually been asking this question for a number of years and have to admit that I am more interested in peoples reaction to the question than in a prosaic answer. However I wouldn't be oppossed to a definative answer from someone who builds the things. Just because I find it a silly place for a headlight doesn't mean theres not a valid reason for it being there.
- I don't build them, but I know someone who repairs them. He always said it was for modern day witches who switched from the traditional broom to a high powered vacuum. seriously, the lights are just for dark corners and underneath couches and things.

- Your dog is probably thinking oooh goody a toy play play play play!!!! he/she might also be thinking, Oh no that stupid and loud vacuum cleaner is on again, or What is that thing? Its invading my territory. What if it pees and marks its spot? aah!!!! I would suggest putting your dog outside when you vacuum. It wouldn't hurt your dogs ears as much (because he/she wouldn't hear it) And if your dog does have a territory in your home, and your dog is inside, don't vacuum so close to it unless your dog could really care aless or he/she is outside! I really hope this helped!
- Q: We have a mischievious dog in the house that keeps chewing and destroying things. The power cord he severed belonged to a Kenmore Progressive Direct Drive vacuum cleaner and it will take about $25 to replace, rather than buying a whole new vacuum cleaner. I was wondering if anyone thought it was a dumb idea to attempt to remove the back part and replace this cord or if it could be done at all? - Q: I have just a small apartment and need to get a small vacuum cleaner. But something that has good suction, and won't be useless after 5 uses. A few years ago, I bought a Bissell quot;stickvacuum cleaner and it was a waste. It barely picked up dirt from a floor, let alone a carpet. Any good suggestion will be appreciated.

- Q: How efficient are vacuum cleaners in preventing the dust and other dirt that they suck from escaping through the air outlet. I'm using a Khind branded wet and dry vaccum cleaner model VC 3661, priced about USD 60, manufactured in 2004. The type that is shaped like a bucket and has its air outlet facing upwards and a removable, washable cotton bag inside. I notice that it has only two layers (slices) of dark -colored Sponge like material when I remove the air outlet cover. Is that sufficient to prevent dust, dirt and most importantly bacteria from coming out form the cleaner itself. It could be releasing the bacteria and spreading it all over the place.
