Q: What is the best type of attic insulation, blown-in or sheet/roll-in ????
Blown cellulose is far better than fiberglass blanketsIf you can get 12 inches in the attic, there will be zero heat loss through your ceilingIt does work better for flat ceilings because it will slide down a steep slopeIn my area it costs about 50 cents per square foot for blown insulationIt is actually cheaper than batts here.
Q: I was sick with the flu two weeks ago with a high feverMy mom said it was better to give me cold towels to put on my body to force the fever down - however, my dad said it was better to keep me warm because the high temperature was to kill the virusEither way, I still got over the bug - but would either of those had helped me heal faster? Which one?
drink plenty of water

Q: i found some sites where its sold but i am looking for stores where i can get it in various colors.

I had really damaged hair last year after getting the colour stripped out and then having bleach on it and everythingNow my hair is so soft, shiny and in really good condition! I was contemplating doing the same thing, but that was a last resort for me! I use L'anza products (Protein Plus shampoo + Keratin-Bond system) and give my hair a break between washing it! It's quite pricey, but it does the trick and does last for a good while! Good luck! :) x
Q: my hair is really frizzinghow can i reduce that
AlCl3 +3 NaOH - Al(OH)3 +3 NaCl it is automatically balanced electronically ,coz it did not carry any ions.

Q: Or are they all made from fiber glass?
There are 2 different types of fiberglass (batts and loose fill), as well as loose fill celluloseCellulose is made from recycled paper, and is treated to resist fire and rotThere are other types of insulation (polyurethane foam, styrofoam), but they are used in walls, not commonly in atticsHope this helps.
Q: Why or why not?
Air tightAir kills moisture, and the water content needs to stay INWrap in paper towel, then foil, then ziploc bag and press all the air out of the bagThere are vaccuum bags that suck the air out- for purposes like this- keeping bread, veg and cheese/tofu soft and moist / cupcakes too.
