Q: whats the difference between vacuum cleaners in 1901 and vacuum now?
Back then some of them ran on gasoline. Click below and you can get the full history of the vacuum cleaner.
Q: I have never bought a hoover or a vacuum cleaner and need some recommendations. Dont want to spend too much money on it. Will mostly use it to vacuum my carpet. Please provide links for recommendations.
We've had good vacuum cleaners that lasted almost 20 yrs before the motor died. That one was about $300. Then we couldn't afford to spend as much and a friend bought a great vacuum at Sears with a 12 amp and does a great job. This Sears vacuum was about $150. Not too many cheap vacuums out now that do a good job unless you buy the new powerful Dyson brand for much more money. My Sears Progressive is just fine although it is heavy it does a good job and it is an upright which I like for me because it is easier. Good Luck
Q: (Can the deep cleaner be used without the water as a regular vacuum?) Any thoughts on the following vacuums? I have a dog that sheds A LOT.Dirt Devil Reaction All-Surface Cyclonic; Bissell ProHeat Turbo; Bissll ProHeat 2X; Bissell Lift-Off Pet; Hoover Mach 5 Multi-Chamber Cyclonic; Hoover WindTunnel Deluxe Dirt Finder; Hoover Empower; Hoover WindTunnel Supreme; Eureka Capture w/ Spinduster; Eureka Boss Capture Plus; Eureka Boss 4D SpinDuster; Eureka Boss 4D; Eureka Boss SmartVac Ultra HEPA Deluxe; Eureka Boss SmartVac Ultra HEPA
We can't all be blessed or it wouldn't be a blessing. I'll think about the poor souls who missed out during my next mind-blowing episode. Maybe. Wouldn't it be good if there was a testing system, like for master mechanics, or the BAR exam for lawyers? We could all go and be tested, and if we passed the test we would be a 'Certified Cosmically Mind-Blowing Lover'. We'd get a certificate to hang on our bedroom wall, and an ID card that would get us in exclusive clubs and provide other fringe benefits. Life would be gooooood.
Q: Do they have a problem going from hardwood to carpeted floors. Do they pick up as well as a traditional vacuum? Of six answeres to my original question, three were positive, three negative. Please send me more details.
Robotic vacuums are great nowadays as technology becomes better and better. Yes they can go from room to room and clean on their own.
Q: I am aware vacuums absorb dust from the carpet but does their force also cause dust to be blown into the air? Please respond and thanks!
Wear a mask.
Q: My mother needs a new vacuum. I told her I'd research for her. She's 84 and doesn't use a computer.
Sebos are good. had several Dyson's die on me
Q: I have two pembroke welsh corgis who shed like crazy and bare floors (no carpet at all). I am looking for a great, affordable vacuum that does not collect hair in the bristles on the bottom of the vacuum but actually sucks it up into the machine. HEPA included preferably since I suffer from allergies to a ridiculous amount of indoor allergens. Any suggestions of good or even bad vacuum cleaners to buy would be great! Thanks :)

Q: I am looking for some opinions. :)
in case you're searching for for a style of robotic vacuum purifier which will sparkling all the mess basically like human with component then i'm sorry yet you're finding on the incorrect path, certainly those robots are designed for repetitive room upkeep, i'm think you have pets, or young ones who often create room around yet you do to no longer do the cleansing ingredient many times returned then basically permit the robotic do it. it somewhat is going to sparkling dirt, hairs, husk and different floor airborne dirt and dirt. With the progression in technologies robots have recovered too. they don't get caught now, The battery existence has superior to a bigger component. you do no longer would desire to hardship approximately its charging they do it them self. whilst they experience low on power they'll at once return to the flexibility source and satisfy the charging needs.
Q: I want a lightweight, easy to use, vacuum with good suction. Any suggestions? I don't want to spend more than 300.00. Also, does anyone know what is the suction power I am looking for for hosehold use.
You need the AMPS to determine the suction power the more AMPS they have the better suction power you'll get- but here is a very, very good vacuum to look into- It is a Bissel Powerforce Bagless Vacuum-my son bought his at Wal-mart and I use his all the time! It has 4 re-usable filters that you can rinse out and an attachment brush that has rotaion on it that I use on my bed and once after I had washed my bed spread it had those little lint pills all over it that I tried to shave off- well I tried this attachment and it took them off like it was nothing! I think he only paid like maybe $100 or less for his and it is now MY favorite vacuum!
Q: We have had a rainbow vacuum SE for several years now and the power nozzle recently started not working as well as it should. We have replaced the belt and cleaned the brush, but nothing has seemed to help any. Is it time to replace the motor in the power nozzle?
Hi there, Your post doesn't say exactly how your current power nozzle is working at the moment. But i'll give you a general answer anyway. I am a technician for vacuum cleaners (and an authorised agent for rainbow). Basically there are two possibilities for the problem. The first is the bearings for the brush roller. over time the bearings can wear and stop allowing the brush to spin properly, this puts strain on the motor and can cause damage to the brush and roller. It is simple to diagnose though. Turn on your power head as per normal but with the base plate removed so you can listen more clearly. Then take the brush out so the motor is just turning with no load. If it sounds smooth with the brush out then it is more likely that it is the bearings for your brush rather than the motor that needs replacing. As a side point even if it is the motor that is noticeably faulty, it is worth replacing the brush bearings anyway so you get the best possible improvement from your work. The bearings aren't dear to buy anyway. If you need a place to buy the parts for your rainbow vacuum cleaner you can visit the sites below.
