The type of double radiant vertical tube box is mostly used for Steam Superheater for Styrene Unit. The fluid is superheat steam in tubes. Ethylene Cracking Heater belongs to Chemical Reaction Heater, fluid will be cracked by catalyst in tubes directly. The cracking of high molecular compound needs high temperature, so, the firebox temperature of Ethylene Cracking Heater is usually more than 1150℃ and tubes shall be heated uniformly. After replacing new Burner, the load of Cracking Heater had reached to 19.3t/h in first operation cycle and 19.6t/h in second operation cycle in good condition which had helped to save the fuel, increase the capacity of treatment and lower the temperature of flue gas. Thermal efficiency of H-116 is more than 93.5% which was increased 0.5~1% after replacing new Burner, so the coke-burning cycle was greatly extended.
