The flame of each Burner is powerful and high which matches with Fired Heaters. Combined oil and gas is used as fuel of most Burners which can use oil only or gas only or oil & gas together. Burners of this type can be used under the condition of natural draft of about 70Pa floor negative pressure or forced draft of less than 500Pa. The temperature of preheat air shall be less than 350℃ (more than 450℃ for special design).

Off-gas Incinerator Burner

Off-gas Incinerator Burners are often used to burn H2S from Acid Gas Incinerators and remove it finally. The temperature of the Burners shall be usually about 650℃, and required temperature shall be kept by adding compensation of fuel gas.

Ammonia Incinerator Burners are often used to burn acid gas and off gas contained ammonia, the flue gas after burning mixed with air will be discharged directly. The temperature of the Burners shall be usually about 1300℃ in order to remove NH3 in acid gas effectively, and required temperature shall be kept by adding compensation of fuel gas.
