I have concrete walls and i cant get the screw in the wall to hold a bracket. i looked a few things up and i just dont think double sided tape will hold them up. i need some help! - Q:I have a front room that is more like a three seasons room and it has windows across three of the walls with no break in between. I have sheers on the outside and chocolate brown on the inside for privacy. In the warmer months Id like to tie back the curtains to allow more light in but there isnt a place I can screw traditional tie backs into? - Depending on the shade of purple your walls are, there are many possibilities. I would suggest like a tan/cream color or pale yellow! However, if your walls are like royal purple, I wouldn't suggest yellow, but maybe a silver or sparkly bedspread and curtains. Hope this helps! (:

- I would definitely not use green because being opposite red on the color wheel, it will tend to jump out at you. I would suggest a shade of red. Also whites and grays will harmonize with pink because they are neutral.

- You can have operational windows in a curtain wall. Call them vents, hoppers, bump-outs; there are various names for these types of windows. They are pretty much self contained window units that are inset into the curtain wall framing. The weight will depend on the material really. As well as the glass placed into it, and the operable window units. Might check the Kawneer, Vistawall, YKK websites for ideas.
- Q:I have been told to get something called a screw base...what is that? Not a plastic anchor or butterfly screw. Does anyone here know what that is? Thank you.
