Introduction

Aluminum foil is aluminum prepared in thin metal leaves with a thickness less than 0.2 millimetres (8 mils); thinner gauges down to 6 micrometres (0.24 mil) are also commonly used. In the United States, foils are commonly gauged in thousandths of an inch or mils. Standard household foil is typically 0.016 mm (0.63 mil) thick, and heavy duty household foil is typically 0.024 mm (0.94 mil). The foil is pliable, and can be readily bent or wrapped around objects. Thin foils are fragile and are sometimes lamilated to other materials such as plastics or paper to make them more useful. Aluminum foil supplanted tin foil in the mid 20th century.

Annual production of aluminum foil was approximately 216,000 tonnes (216,000 tons) in LingFeng (our company) one year..Approximately 75% of aluminium foil is used for packaging of foods. household foil, container foil, cosmetics and pharmaceutcal foil etc, and 25% used for industrial applications (e.g. thermal insulation, cables and electronics).

Application of Aluminum Foil:Mainly used in package for food, drinking, cigarette, Pharmaceutical, photograph, daily necessities, power capacitor, construction, auto, boat, celling, lable, etc .

Quality of Aluminum Foil: Totally free from defects like white rust, oil patches, roll marks, edge damage, camber, dents, holes, break lines, scratches and free from coil set.

Chinese Standard of Aluminum Foil:  ASTM-B209. EN573-1, GB/T3880.1-2006

Packing for Aluminum Foil: Seaworthy wooden case/box, or as your requirement. ID of aluminum foil roll: 76mm,152mm,200mm,300mm

Kind attention: Specifications can be customized as the customer’s requirements.

Q: What are they made of? Nickel aluminum stainless?? All I know is they're not magneticI need to know so I can weld 2 together to make an 18rd because the only mags available for the 64f are 10rd
Yeah it can be recycledIt is definitly a good thing to do, like any other form of recyclingThe waxy coating on the wrapping paper typically destroys a big majority of it when it is broken down, BUT it is a lot better for it to happen that way then to have it sitting in a landfill where it will take twice the time to break down because of that coating compared to regular paperWay to think green! )
Q: can use aluminum foil to shield the loudspeaker box wire?
It does little help. In principle, since the loudspeaker wire is the terminal of audio device, common interference will not influence its sound effect. Therefore, a shield is not required. Common wires for strong electricity should be laid by poling. However, the wires for weak electricity such as telephone wire, reticle, TV wire or audio wire should be laid through other pipelines. Thus it has little correlation with strong electricity wire with smaller interference. When laying the loudspeaker wire near to the strong electricity wire or laying them at the same time, the insulation between the loudspeaker wire and strong electricity should be taken as a priority. It is recommended to lay the loudspeaker wire at a distance from the strong electricity wire in case of electric leakage.
Q: Lately, I have been noticing that my dishwasher has not been cleaning the way it used toIt leaves white film on all my black plastic utensils, my glassware has a foggy film over it, and worst of all my expensive aluminum cookware is laden with black build upAfter doing some online research, I learned that the reason for this is the removal of phosphates from dishwasher detergentI've scrubbed my frying pans and cannot seem to rid them of this nasty black build upI'm afraid of trying heavy duty cleaners for fear of ruining my pans even moreIf anyone knows of a safe way to clean my pans and return them to their original state it would be much appreciated!
That film usually isn't caused by a lack of phosphatesOften that white film is undissolved detergent or etchingTry removing the film with white vinegarIf the vinegar removes the white marks, great! Run the pans through your dishwasher along with two cups of vinegar (no detergent)If the vinegar doesn't remove the film, nothing will remove the film because it isn't a film at all.it's tiny scratchesPowdered dishwasher detergent and tablets usually contain silicate (sand).and your pans have been sandblastedThe solution? Buy new pans and switch to liquid dishwasher detergentOr wash your pans by handI never wash any metal pan in the dishwasher, myself-
Q: k i tried changing ignition coil but there still isnt firing and its not the distributer, so it stopped turnig on for a min and does not turn on at allSo i have a feeling its not firing at all, but i dont know what it could be anymore, idk what doesn't allow the ignition coil to not fireWhat do you guys think it could possable be, at first i thought it was the fuel pump until i saw no firing at all
First you should read your own question out loud to a mirrorNow try to form it in such a way that you can tell us how you came to the many conclusions about your car, or are you just feeling this about it ie is there any science here? Here is how you should proceed1) Get a spark plug, a large hose clamp and an electrical clamp.(like on the end of a battery charger.) Hose clamp the sparkplug to the electrical clampYou have made an ignition testerPick a sparkplug and remove the wire and put it on the sparkplug of your tester and clamp it to some metalHave someone turn the engine over while you look at the tester for sparkYes or no? you have tested the sparkIf yes- get some good fuel-about a table spoon full and put it on the round aluminum pan under the rubber air intake which you will need to remove to get to the panIt's near the drivers side wheel well, going into the engine.-Put it all back together and spin it over againIt may startYes or no? did it stay running? Now edit your question and tell what happened.
Q: My home has 60 year old windows in the basement, very old, lots and lots of wasted heat in my home in the winterI am unemployed, not very much money and can not afford to buy replacement windowsI want to cover the whole window (every one) with insulation this winter, until I can afford to buy new windowsAre there any repercussions that will happen as a result of thatI'm thinking of covering them with a batting insulation typeAny thoughts if this would be effective or things I should think about, or ideas.?
Aluminium is found in coins.
Q: i have some beef ribs i'm trying to make tonightall i have is some bbq nothing to special.how long should i cook the ribs for? and should i add the bbq sauce before i put them in or after they're done cooking? thanks
I usually rub the ribs, (beef or pork( with a dry rub (paprika, salt, pepper, ancho or chipotle chili powder), then slather on some Barbeque sauce bottled or homemade is finePreheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150C)Wrap the ribs in a heavy duty aluminum foil or a double layer of regular foilBe sure all the edges are sealedBake the ribs on a baking sheet and in for 3 hours or until very tenderIncrease the oven temperature to 350 F (175C)Unwrap the foil and let the ribs cook another 20-30 minutes to brown.
Q: I have a food intollerence, and I am trying to figure out what it isSince I know jolly ranchers have at least one item, I don't buy them.
Ingredients Corn Syrup, Sugar, Contains 2% or Less of: Malic Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavor, and Artificial Color (Red 40, Blue 1, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6)Or make your own with out the chemicals: All you need is a little corn syrup, sugar, water, and flavoringJust a little amount of money can create pounds of your own jolly ranchers [hard candies] What You Need A bag of sugar [You will need 2 cups] A bottle of light corn syrup [you will need a 2/3 cup] Water from the sink [3/4 cup] Bottle Flavoring/Extract of your choosing No Stick Aluminum foil Time to Cook In a sauce pan, mix together all ingredients except for the flavoringHeat mixture to 250o F or just before boilingAllow the mixture to slowly heat to around 295oThis temperature is required for the mixture to fully harden as it coolsIf you do not have a candy thermometer [likely], take a cup of cool water and repeatedly test the mixture by dropping a small sample into the cupThe syrup dropped in the water will harden soon afterAt this time your mixture is ready to be removed from heat On removal from heat, begin to mix in the flavoringThe amount of flavoring required varies by type of flavorPour generous increments of flavoring in the mixture [be careful as the hot mixture will react to cool flavoring] and test the mixture after each increment by pouring a sample of the mixture [now with flavor] into your cup of waterTest for tasteOnce you have reached your desired flavor begin to pour mixture onto trays lined with no stick aluminum foil After this step, you must now wait for the mixture to cool [can be placed in referigerator]No pam or butter lining is necessary if you use 'no stick' aluminum foilOnce mixture cools all you must do is break it apart [will have irregular pieces] That's it!!! Now you have your own home style jolly rancher hard candy.
Q: why does a flat peice of aluminum foil sink, but a ball of aluminum foil float?
When you ball it up you trap air and make the overall density of the foil/air system 1.0 gm/cm^3 (water's density)Then the less dense foil-air ball will floatIf you just put the tin (or aluminum) foil on the water without shaping it like a boat and thus containing no air, the more dense metal (compared to water) will sinkThat's why you can build cement boats if you are so inclinedBy trapping air using geometry, you can get the composite density of the material less than the density of water-Fred
Q: i made pan de muerto cupcakes and put forsting and sprinkles of emi have aluminum thingy magigs to put them inbut! i don't have a cover to cover them withi wasted all my money this morning and my parents are put of town and i have to get these cup cakes down town in 30 minutes.i dont have tin foil or that see thru paperwatelse can i use so the frosting wont get all messy??
Putting aluminum or plastic wrap WILL mess up the frostingThe best way to transport frosted cupcakes or cakes is to NOT cover themI promise you, if you place something on top of the frosting you will get it all messyDon't use anythingJust put them in a box or the aluminum thingy magigsFind a spot in your car to put the cupcakes where they won't move around when you turn a corner or hit a bumpDrive slow and they'll be perfect when you get to your destination.
