ACSR or ACSR cable or ACSR conductor used for Overhead electrical distribution and transmission lines for distributing power
1.Applications
Used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. ACSR offers optimal strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength to be achieved without sacrificing ampacity.
2. Construction
Aluminum alloy 1350-H-19 wires, concentrically stranded about a steel core. Core wire for ACSR is available with class A, B, or C galvanizing; ""aluminized"" aluminum coated (AZ); Or aluminum-clad (AW). Additional corrosion protection is available through the application of grease to the corer or infusion of the complete cable with grease.
3. Specifications
ACSR bare conductor meets or exceeds the following ASTM specifications:
B-230 Aluminum Wire, 1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes
B-231 Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded
B-232 Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel Reinforced (ACSR)
B-341 Aluminum-clad Steel Core Wire for Aluminum Conductors, Steel Reinforced (ACSR/AW)
B-498 Zinc-Coated Steel Core Wire for Aluminum Conductors, Steel Reinforced (ACSR/AZ)
B-500 Zinc Coated and Aluminum Coated Stranded Steel Core for Aluminum Conductors, Steel Reinforced (ACSR)

Q:What does the cable ZR-YJV22-4 * 16 mean?
Copper core flame retardant XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable, three core, 6 square
Q:Just wondering if the eVGA GT 440 graphics/video card needs a power cable connect from the psu to it.I bought a PC pre-made from JB HI-FI and going to upgrade my graphics card. The one I have currently is the Radeon HD 4650 and it appears to have no cable connecting to it. There are however, some cables connecting to the motherboard near it.
No, it doesn't need one, but it's also a crappy purchase. The Radeon 6670 costs about the same, doesn't require external power, and slaps the GT 440 silly.
Q:I just finished building my shed, I put a 1 1/2 inch conduit under the shed coming up into the corner. I am now about to dig the 65 foot trench back to the house. I need to run power, not a problem. I want to run a phone line, a network cable, and a cable wire for my satellite. I say shed but it is 12 by 20 feet with an attic. Can I run these additional lines in with the power. I was thinking about using a run of Shielded cables for the network and one for the phone. For the cable some heavy duty quot;I don't know what thoughquot;. Will the power lines mess the data up on them? What will work for the three if any. If I need to I could run them in a new conduit, but that is not cheap!
Congratulations on finishing your shed. Unfortunately, you can't run your communications wiring in the same conduit as a power line. It's against code and it will mess with your low-voltage signals. You'll need to run a separate piece for those. Keep it one foot away from the power conduit, crossing at right angles. Of course, you can run them closer for short distances, but keep it to a minimum. Bear in mind that no matter which satellite cable you choose, it won't like sharp turns. Running shielded cable for the network is a great idea. Also, network cable is getting better every day, run the most highly rated you can afford and you won't regret it. I would not recommend looking for any all-in-one cable. They often are not as well designed as the individual ones. Personally, I would run extra lines now, for future expansion. Hope this helps.
Q:i have 1 red light but the thing is when i just have the power cable in the 360 its fine and it stays green but when i put the av cable into the back it tends to stay green for 7 seconds then goes red e74 error can is it the av cable can anyone help me ?
My friend,Dats a damn Problem Which Makes the xbox suck... that is the most frequent problem on the x box 360.. do all the lights go Red... If all The lights Go red...It means That there is a problem with the av cable..()1st light. ( ) 2nd light... 3rd light ( ) 4th light... if the 4th light is red..it means that there is an hardware problem if the 1st and the third light are Red...it means that its overheating... if the 1st 3rd and 4th light are on...it means that there is a general hardware failure... if all the lights are on it means there is an av cable problem In ur case i think there is an problem with the av cable..
Q:I disconect them and now, i don't know how to put them back like they supposed to. If your talking about the power cables from the power supply to the motherboard those are fairly straight forward. It is a 20 or, 24 pin connector. Usually along the edge opposite the external connections for the motherboard. Although, the placement really depends on the manufacturer and, could even be near the middle of the board. They are keyed and, you can not plug them in incorrectly. As long as you don't force them into the slot. If your speaking of the wires from the case to the motherboard that is a little more difficult. P3 and, P4 motherboards usually have a keyed connection that simply plugs in. Other boards have markings on each of the wires corresponding with it's connection. The one thing that is the same for every board is that the two black wires must be side by side. If you've never done it before you should have labeled each wire and, made a diagram of their placement. Your best hope short of taking your computer to the local shop is to try and, find diagrams for both your motherboard and, the case.

Q:Please i need help
u can find about your power supply cable . its hp parts direct store number.
Q:Would a maxtor 320GB external hard drive work without a power cable if I connect it to the USB port?
Yes you need a power supply for all 3.5 inch drives. The laptop drives on the other hand will power off USB. Is this a SATA or ESATA drive? You can buy an enclosure for the SATA for around 35.00 and 70.00 + for a good ESATA enclosure. The cheaper ones do not work to well with the ESATA. If it's EIDE then you can get one off OKorder for around 12.00. Good luck.
Q:You have not connected the power cable to your video card. Please refer to the 'C settings started guide' for proper hardware installation.
Graphics cards require you to connect a power cable (it doesnt get enough from the motherboard), it usually goes on the top of the card at the end, is wide/thin and at the edge of the card.
