- Q: I would to find out the cost of mobile phone. Thank you,Beth Crawford
- YOU SHOULD KNOW!!
- Q: Hi,I can't find a decent, easy-to-read (and understand) website which will thoroughly explain most of the advantages and disadvantages of mobile phone masts. So I decided that maybe some of you clever people could help me! You can either:a) Give me a good link to a page about the advantages and dasadvantages of mobile phone masts;OR:-b) You could type them in your answer to me if you know a few good ones already. Thanks v. v. v. much in advance! :D
- Hi, Mobile phone masts are really antennas for base-stations. In communications the cell phone talks to the base station, and vice versa. I am guessing you are asking for disadvantages from a non technical communications standpoint, like: what would happen if we didn't have them? If not, let me know, I'll give you a technical answer. We wouldn't be able to use cell phones if we didn't have towers. Cell phones use the base stations to connect to the public grid, and the public communication grid is all cables and wires. Since you need a way to get from wireless to wire you have masts.
- Q: i wanted to know how refurbished T-Mobile phones are. How they're wear and tear comes and if they have any problems with signals or buttons or anything like that. I was looking at the Samsung Vibrant in the refurbished form and also the HTC mytouch 3G slide! if anyone has any information i would love that! thank you soo much reading! :)
- Samsung Vibrant Android Phone (T-Mobile) The first thing you notice about the Vibrant is its big beautiful screen. The 480x800 AMOLED screen is sharp and beautiful, easy to type on, and shows plenty of detail. -The phone itself is thin and light, with a nice curve near the bottom to hold onto. -1 GHz Samsung Hummingbird processor is faster in benchmarks than a 1 GHz Snapdragon and offers enhanced graphics procesing -The buttons are not buttons but touch sensitive surfaces, like a flat screen TV. -16gb of onboard storage is awesome. Add a 32gb microsdhc card and you've got 48gb, more than the iPhone. -3G connection takes advantage of T-mobile's ever expanding 3G network, currently the fastest of any carrier in many cities. -5 megapixel camera takes decent pictures and records video at 720p. .
- Q: I am considering switching to T-Mobile from a prepaid phone company and I had a few questions-can I keep my same old number?-if you have their service, do you like it?-what phone do you think I should get-I want a full keyboard? Thanks!
- nan
- Q: The screen is not complete, the fonts are also bigger! How to change back?
- The icon of the screen suddenly becomes larger to trigger the iPhone's zoom function.
- Q: I am trying my luck for the one last time if T-Mobile right for me. the phone i have is motorala razr which really terrible- poor reception, dropped calls etc. any suggestion just a simple tmobile phone with good reception , that is all in needed
- Ho, ho, ho. Its the late Noughties, not the 1990s - reception is no longer an issue now. There are mobile phone receivers hidden in: Office blocks Flats Trees Lamp posts Farm buildings Industrial sites The list goes on. What I am trying to say is that back in the 90s, when mobiles were just beginning to get commercially popular and available there were nowhere near as many mobile phone masts since the market didn't demand it; not enough people were using mobiles. Now everyone has one and reception is simply not an issue with ANY operator unless you live up a high mountain or in the Outer Hebrides, which I doubt you do. The huge increase in customers has meant mobile phone operators have placed receivers EVERYWHERE. So, lose the 1990s reject opinion of cellular technology and simply find the best deal possible on whichever operator it is. Reception differing on individual network operators is utter, weapons-grade bullsh!t. Differing reception between operators is such a misnomer these days that if you do suffer from bad reception, it is more likely to be your PHONE than the operator itself. And even if you do wonder into an area where your operator does not have a mast, then your mobile will automatically switch into the next nearest mast and it doesn't matter which operator hosts it. So why would anyone ever have a reception issue these days unless they are using a leather case lined with lead.
- Q: Do T-Mobile prepaid phones still get to use the free T-mobile to T-mobile minutes or is it a different kind of service?
- It's a different service, if you have prepay you use minutes every time you use your phone
- Q: ahoyweird one for ya.I've had a few problems with people harrassing me, they are violent types and although they don't know where I am, I heard someone say they could 'track my mobile' because they do know my mobile number (yeah im about to get a new mobile but still). Looking on google I see plenty of sites that advertise this abiltity.is it possible? I thought only the police etc could do it.Do they only need my mobile number to track? or do they need to know the sim number as wellthey don't know my simcheers
- I just tried
- Q: How to identify oppo phone true and false?
- First in the mobile phone internal electronic security card registration.
- Q: I have a SG2 , if I go to maps it will tell me where I am .can other people see this if they want ? is there an app for tracking Mobile phones ? and if so how can I prevent this ?
- Yes there are dozens of apps that allow other people to track your phone. To prevent it just dont allow other suspicious people use your phone and put a passcode on it. Thats it.
