I was told that the packages were returned to Sender (Sender being me) as a result. Will US Customs pursue this further? Will they press charges? What will more than likely happen? I am a Canadian citizen.
I wouldn't say that two bottles are a very small amount. It is doubtful that US Customs will pursue you in another country, especially if they are legal in your country.
Q:How to breathe while doing standing military press?
I am assuming you mean a overhead barbell/dumbbell press. If so, you exhale on the hard part (pushing the weight up), and you inhale on the easy part (lowering the weight). EDIT: Not if you do the valsalva-maneuver. How you blow up a balloon. You forcefully exhale through pinched lips. It’s kind of like holding your breath while exhaling. That way you keep your abdominal area isometrically contracted for spinal support. It is not recommended for those with hypertension. You also have to be careful because if you do it too long, you can pass out -- it restricts (while increasing blood pressure) blood flow to the head (as well as other parts of the body). It can also cause an extreme drop in blood pressure at the end of a really heavy lift involving a long valsalva-maneuver (which can also cause you to pass out). So, I would recommend letting the weight down as quick as possible after a heavy lift involving a long valsalva-maneuver -- especially if you begin to feel light headed. If you are an interior lineman, you should be stronger than a wide receiver or a defensive back. The latter positions stress running speed and agility more than strength. Set realistic goals for yourself and try to reach them. Your next goal should be 150 pounds with the same number of repetitions. Keep adjusting your weight lifting goals upward, but keep in mind that you need to stretch those muscles too, or you will be prone to muscle strains, the most common sports injuries. To increase bench you gotta hit the chest and triceps. Dips are a great tricep builder just make sure to explode up and hold for a second at the top and go to full extension like you would be doing when benching. Dont do them everyday but every second or third will be good, and if you can get a weight belt or something so that you are doing weighted dips as you need to increase the load on the triceps so they can handle the heavy bench press. As for chest just keep benching at whatever weight that you can do 5-8 reps as this is the optimal range for muscle growth and strength. Lower the weight if you have to and throw in incline and decline bench every so often as well to hit your whole chest. So for a normal bench day do a warm up set around 12 reps then do 3-4 heavy sets again keeping in that 5-8 rep range. Form is also very important to get a little more on the bench, squeeze your shoulder blades together, round your back a bit, keep your feet firmly planted (they should never come off the ground during the lift) and try to bend the bar as this will engage your ticeps more.
