- should be able to bench is hard to say but I'll tell you man, starting regular resistance exercise right now is awesome at your age. It will stimulate hormone development and kickstart your body into making changes that could potentially last for many years. To be honest, I started at 13 and couldn't bench press 65 pounds. That was almost 20 years ago and I loved teh changes I made back then. Today, I'm a personal trainer and could probably bench press two of my 13 year old versions of myself without thinking twice. Have fun man.
- Q: So I've been getting acrylics done at a salon every 2-3 weeks for a little under a year now. Today I realized I probably spend about $400 a year on these nails ($25 every time I go) and I was wondering about getting pre-glued nails, like from a drug store to maybe save money. - I know how u feel just recently I have stopped wearing nails and I think I will die! Also I have a cosmetology license to do hair and nails. The glue on kind r a little better for your nails than acrylics, but they will not stay on if u make it all day with out one coming off it would be amazing! Also the color will chip off allot of times if u get them to stay on. If it was me I would keep getting acrylics. I have tried both kinds. Hope this helps!

- it is about $20-$30 for a MAC pressed powder..I always used MAC but I think now I like Prescriptives better...it is much more expensive but it is worth it....since you are young you probably cant afford something that expesive so when I was young I wore Covergirl pressed powder it worked very well....plus it is affordable you can get when your parents take you to the store...your face will NOT break out

- You can only press flowers if they are fresh, dried flowers will just crumble. To press fresh flowers, just put them between the pages of a thick book. They make special paper to assist the process that you can find in craft stores. Make sure the petals and leaves are nicely arranged before closing the book! Press them early next time.

- There can be a big difference in a m2m full court press and a zone full court press. It depends on how the zone press is going to work. There are many versions of a zone press. Now as far as giving you websites... I could give you all sorts of websites, but it will not help you instruct your players unless you have an understanding on how to break a press in general. If I were you, I would be an assistant to start out with and let someone who knows the game coach the players. I have coached basketball for 15+ years and have seen alot of coaches who think they know what they are doing and wind up getting beat by 20+ points every time they put their team on the court.

- There should be a ridged part of the bar its like Put ur hands thumbs length to the outside of the length part, and tell your spotter to lift the bar when you count to 5. So count 1,2,3,4,5. As soon as he's lifting it take a deep breath and slowly bring it down to you're chest, and push it all the way up. Breath Out, Then bring back down, and repeat, etc.

I know you technically can bench press without a spotter but I never feel safe doing it, I just don't have the coordination and it's really wobbly.
