Won't stop beeping until new batteries are replaced or you unplug the whole unit from the wall and throw it in the trash.
I'm doing a project where you get a shoebox and put it under sunlight or a heat lamp. What materials can I put in the box to make it heat up faster? Mainly materials I can find at home and don't have to go out and get. Also will keeping the lid on the box help it heat up faster?

POLL: Is there a fire extinguisher in your home? BQ: Do you know how to use it?
the running offense of the suns might work if they can play defense and make more 3'sdantoni i think will be fired and they must get a defensive minded coach that will instill a system that might work..they cant trade nash because stoudamire is at best when nash is in the game..nash finds stoudamire at the right spots..shaq is a decoy (he is no longer the monster that he was in LA)..they must get a young prospect pg to replace nash..and another wing player who can play Defense and shoot long balls.. the suns miss marion's quickness and jumping and versatility..improve their bench and maybe add another big man who can block shots and run
I was wondering if it would be street-legal to drive my Wrangler with the windshield folded down. Other states I would be interested in this information for would be CT, NY, NJ, PA. Any links to explore this further would be appreciated too.Just trying to plan ahead for summer!
Pipe and tubing sizes in the us are not exactly the same as the actual internal or outside diameters. This is shown in the first link below. The nominal size of copper pipe, whether supply lines or DWV, is always 1/8 inch less than the OD measurement. For example, copper pipe that measures 5/8 inch OD, is called 1/2-inch pipe. The ID varies because wall thickness varies. Type K has the thickest wall, followed by Type L, Type M and DWV. Cast-iron soil pipe in residential DWV systems is usually 3-inch or 4-inch nominal size. Pipe OD measures about 3/8 inch larger than the nominal size. DWV is drain-waste-vent pipe
home security alarm was activated by a remote - not ours. has it ever been reported that a car alarm activated a home security alarm?
I would say that the most dangerous aspect of not measuring groove depth would be the reduction in wall thickness. If the groove depth is not checked, it is possible that the groove could be too deep in the pipe, causing a weak point where the pipe could rupture. Even if it doesn't happen during the pressure test, the corrosion allowance of the pipe is reduced to the point that a small amount of corrosion could result in failure. If the grooves are too deep the Victaulic fittings will also not limit the angle of adjoining pipes as designed. This could potentially lead to leaks. Although I don't think this is likely given the hydraulically loaded gasket design.

All of the above answerers ideas as well as; Swimming pools and hot tubs need fences and locking covers. Baths should always be supervised Teach children what the different danger symbols on chemicals look like and what they mean Deadbolts on entrances for possible sleepwalkers Locks on bedroom windows Trampolines are a huge source of injuries in children, even with the safety net Prescription and over the counter drugs can look like candy, and some taste like fruit syrup, so must be up high like the alcohol. Electricity rules need to be explained (no forks in the outlets please) not just don't do it, but why it's dangerous. Even small children can picture a bolt of lightning if it's used incorrectly. Many people store bathroom cleaners in the bathroom, all cleaners should be stored in one place up high. Rules about household pets need to be established to avoid danger to the animal and child. Rules about leaving the house only with an adult, or asking permission from an adult are very important as well. Cabinets, bookcases, and entertainment units look like ladders when you are 5 and want the video or book on the top shelf. Children are injured or killed when one tips over onto them as they climb. They should be bolted to the wall. Electrical cords should be wrapped up into a cord turtle (a rubber casing that slides over a coiled cord) or twisted up and elastic banded behind furniture. Okay, I'm sure there's more, but I need to go do that really important safeguard thing now; supervise!
Just got a Smoke detector. Will it go off if it smells my cig smell?
1/2, 3/4, 1 inch, etc. are all trade sizes. This is not the true dimensions of the pipe. For example: for a 1/2 inch pvc electrical conduit, you will need to have a 7/8 inch hole. The schedule refers to the wall thickness of the pipe. For PVC electrical conduit, schedule 40 is the standard for most applications. However there is also a schedule 80 (thicker wall), sometimes referred to as extra heavy wall. There is also a schedule 20 (only approved for certain specific uses). Hope this helps clear things up.
