I am going to make some brownies for Xmas and I don't know where I can find some paper baking cupsI have been looking party supply stores websites and also at the grocery store but i can't find anythingDo you think you can help me out?
Looks like everyone is on the same path for youThe grocery store is your best betEach store may stock it in a different place, so look in the aisle for baking goods firstEspecially at this time of year, they'll have holiday patterns so they may be in an end cap (the shelves that are at the end of each aisle as you turn from one aisle to the next), or in the small cardboard displays that stand next to the shelves (the ones you have to maneuver your cart around because the display is in your way)Also check in the aisle where they stock aluminum foil, wax paper, etcand finally, in the section where they have kitchen gadgets, etcOther stores that will carry them include wal-mart, k-mart, target, dollar stores and even Michael's or Hobby Lobby (look in the section where they keep baking geegaws like cookie cutters, Wilton pans, etc)Happy bakingand Happy Christmas!
We are aloud 2 sheets of alumimun foil of ten cm by ten cm (around 4 inches) nothing elsenothing, nadaIt has to support the most pennies possible while FLOATING.thx
Just answering the food issue: get aluminum foilWrap potato quarters, carrots, smoked sausage, snap peas, and other assorted veggies in the foilFreeze them until you leave then put them in the ice chestWhen you're ready to eat, throw them in the fireMake sure you bring something to dig 'em out thoughLong grill tongs or something.
If I put an antistatic bag over my modem, will that lessen the electrical noise coming from my router?(electrical noise from wireless routers are known to slow your modem and internet speed, and I'm in the midst of trying everything to reduce my unusual lag spikes)Likewise, would an antistatic bag over my router reduce its signal strength? (just wondering)
MaybeBut so would a piece of aluminum foilBut you must completely surround the modem, and that will cause problems with overheating You can't shield the wireless router without causing reception problems Try turning off the WiFi and using an ethernet cable instead and see if you get any difference in connection speedsI doubt you would see any difference with or without the shielding in place .
i just got this new smoker and im not sure how long to cook this per poundany help would be very much appreciated.
My favorite for the bake sale is this (only 2 ingredients) Take one twenty dollar bill and hand it to the clerk at the local Kroger Deli/Bakery yields one decent cake in 10 minutes.
I am looking for a recipe for an apple pie, with a crumb/cinnamon/streusel type toppingI do not want anything like oatmeal, or nuts, because this pie is for my grandmother who does not have any teethShe loves that pie, but cannot eat it when the topping is too crunchyCan someone please help me with a recipe a.s.a.pas I would like to take this pie to her todayThank you!!!
I wouldn't, even if the roof structure can take itSeems to me you're asking for trouble, the nails for either the OSB or the shingles will piece the aluminum, and you'll have lots of problems laterBetter choice would be the thick rubberized paint like they use on mobile home roofsOne brand is called Kool SealThere are lots of other brands as well, and you can get several colors, I suggest white or silver, it reflects the sun and helps keep the room cooler in summerAnother option is to add insulation and OSB or the like to the inside, but you'll have to create a structure for itDead air is you best sound insulator, just as it's your best temperature insulatorIF you go with the Kool Seal, you can paint on several coats, get it pretty thick that will deaden the sound a lot, and you can even paint the inside of it, that will help a little moreStill best is dead air, so real Styrofoam brand panels on the inside will be a good option tooI am NOT talking about that cheap white foam board people mistakenly call styrofoam, I'm talking the real brand name stuff, made by dupont, it's a light blue and is much finer grained and has a plastic sheeting on one sideThe real deal, good stuffNow that I've told you all these suggestions, ya gotta ask yourself, is it worth it? I wouldn't think so, but it's your work, your wallet.
Not Sure Which Category10 points to who gives a real store first
i don't think so, BUT, i'm not all in on the spray on attic barrier stuff eithera bunch of aluminum on your rafters would just trap the heat and then the heat would still transfer into the cooler air of the attic, (convection)cool idea but i don't see much if any benefitlet me know how it works outjim i think you should just insulate the heck out of your attic.
Hi i would like to know if i should buy the aluminum a arms for my firestorm or just the stock plastic ones because i keep breaking the plastic ones but im afraid the aluminum ones are going to bend easily
I own a Firestorm and had the same problem you have.I switched over to the aluminum parts and have'nt had any problems bending or breaking them yet,in fact i replaced every part i could with aluminum. It handles alot better too.Good luck, God bless.
