1) Production Introduction:
WQK cutting type sewage submersible pump(hereinafter pump for short) is a new kind of pump, which is manufactured based on absorbing domestic and foreign advanced technology and advantages. This series pump incor¬porates all the advantages of WO, and also has the cutting functions, which overcomes many kinds of difficulties on industrial areas and the public facilities, etc. In particularly bad conditions, the pumps can cut the sewage residue, plastic and fibers and through small size pipe increasing pressure to let them be out. It is the optimization product for the municipal water supply, the drainage system, and sewage treatment, etc.

2) Application:
This series pump is widely used for sewage treatment of city construction and sewage and waste discharge for projects, hotel, printing, paper making and textile industries. It is the ideal tool for transportation of sludge, slurry, living sewage, and feces and stale wastes and solid grains containing fiber, paper containing fiber, paper chips, sandy soil etc.

3) Work Conditions:
The pump can work properly and continuously under following operational conditions:
1.Medium is not corrosive. Sand contents should be max.2% by volume.
2.Medium temperature shouldn’t be over 40℃ andPH should be 4-10.
3.The pumps should be operated within rated head.
4.The pumps should be fully submerged into water with depth of less than 3mand max. The pump should bemin.0.5m over the water bottom and not be inserted into sludge.
5.Power frequency should be 50Hz,single phase voltage 220V, three-phase voltage 380V,and voltage fluctuation should be 0.9-1.1 timesthantherated.

3.  How long is your warranty?

Unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing, by specifying a longer period or different conditions, CNBM states that, for a period of twelve (12) months from delivery date, all Products supplied are free from defects in materials and workmanship, and conform to the applicable specifications. Either the delivery documentation or the invoice must be provided to prove delivery date. In absence of such documents, the production date appearing on the product label may suffice.
