- This sounds graphic, but it really isn't. Push like you are having a Bowel movement. Then, pull like you are trying to stop your pee flow. Hold it. The more you practice this in and out/hold iit procedure, the stronger your pc's will be. Believe me, you'll know what I mean, and what a blessing it is. There are several web sites that sell vaginal eggs and other tools to help you strengthen your PC muscles and there are recommendations on those sites. The 'eggs' make great tools. I hope this helps!

- Q: My husband and i live on post military housing. We have all white linoleum tile flooring. It is absolutely horrible to clean. If the dog has an accident.. it literally stains the floor.. Bleach barely cleans it up. Also.. stuff peels off of it if we use bleach.. ( it's like a plastic film that comes off... i think it's the wax they put on it before we moved in ). - Q: we have a floor that is not level. The one side of the room is 1 and 1/2 inch lower than the other. This is a 200 year old home. We are wondering if we can use one of the floor leveling agents over top of the vinyl flooring that is glued down already, then put down a new "no glue" vinyl floor over it?Thank you, Cheri
- Floor leveler can not be more than a 1/2 to 3/4 max thick. Rob has the right idea. This is the only way to level the floor. One thing Rob forgot to mention was after cutting the wedges, you'll need 3/4 smooth plywood for the vinyl. This will carry the weight of appliances and traffic from people. You'll have to decide if this is worth the 1 1/2.
