- Forget Solar charging while backpacking. even a 5W panel which is 12 by 24 will take over half the day to do the charging. Unless you want to sit all day and charge, extra batts are the way to go.

- It's Canon. A cannon is a type of gun. Take your camera along with you to a store which specialises in bags/backpacks etc. Find one you like. Check it fits in the store.
- Q: I just bought two of these new charge and play battery packs for my xbox 360 controllers, and the ring of light on the controller won't stop flashing. - You have to let it charge ALL the way for like 8 hours (yes, leave the Xbox on, but in a well-ventilated area so it doesn't overheat). Once it's had its initial juice, then you should be OK. Quit trying to play it before charging it up. You're killing the life of those batteries, dude.
- Q: I am building a small toy boat from basically nothing and was wondering if the 9.6 volt battery pack would damage the 3 volt DC motor used to propel it. The motor doesn't seem to get hot or sound bad when it's running. Will it hurt the motor at all, even if not running for very long periods of time? Thanks in advance to everyone helping!
- It might hurt it. The rpm is running 3 times the normal rpm. It would be best to measure the amps used with a voltage meter running on 3 volts. Then use a resistor of the correct size to make the amps with a 9. volt battery pack. If you dont know what ohm search for ohms calculator put in 9.6 volt and the amps you measured from the 3 volt. It will calculate the ohms for you. You can find resistors are radio shack get a larger one rated formore than twice the wattage used (wattsamps x volts)
