Q: The one that starts out with vacuum cleaners making a squeaking noise? Damn i hate that commercial.: LOL LOL lucky lucky me I havent had the extreme displeasure of seeing that one!

Q: I need a good vacuum for my floors - right now I sweep every night - then i swiffer wet jet or clean with wipes on my hands and knees. Im very OCD about my floors being clean as you can tell - Ive tried the BISSELL stick Vacuum for hardwood floors but it is worthless - the basic broom seems to work the best but still doesn't get everything... what is the best Lightweight inexpensive vacuum out there for that type of flooring.... thanks guys for your info!: I have a Dyson, the pink one. And it works great. It was expensive but I've had it for almost 4 years now and it the best vaccum I've owned. It's well worth the money though. Lifetime filter and to bags to buy either.

Q: I cannot afford a dyson vacuum. Would like to spend under $100.00: If you are talking strictly hard flooring a shop vac would be ideal i would use a bag in it though it does create less maintenance in the long run due to the bag having a larger filtering area i would probably go with an allaround model due to their smaller size then i would pick up a quality hard floor tool i like anything made with horsehair stiff enough to remove the dust but soft enough not to scratch

Q: Ok i bought a decent hoover just before christmas and it has blown up the thing is last year i had 3 new vacumn hoovers whats wrong with me? What do i do wrong? I have to hoover 3 times a day due to have 3small children under 6 but its never bashed around i really am fed up. I noticed when my vacumes break its either because i picked up coins or a paper that was too big too handle. I know that some vacums show that you can pick up all this stuff without damaging it not true.I guess my suggestion is to pick up coins and papers or anything that looks like your vacum wont be able to handle. Q: We need a really quiet vacuum cleaner that can be operated while meetings are going on. Any suggestions: The quietest one I know is a Ghibli. I have one. If you're standing beside it, you can talk to someone in a normal voice. Mine doesn't have a beater bar which is the noisiest part of a vacuum cleaner but has lots of suction and does a very good job on carpets without it. Go to a vacuum specialty store and see what they have. I understand that Miele is very quiet too. When you're checking out vacuum cleaners, note that most of them give a decibel rating in the specs

Q: Are there any products that work well, e.g. cleaners, mops, wet/dry vacuum-mops?: I've used swiffer and orange glow cleaners.. Orange glow can soemtimes have a bit too much oil and leave a little residue. Swiffer works well as a cleaner but can leave streaks if you pump too much fluid.. The most important thing about laminate is not to use too much water or liquid on the floor. Keep cleanser and water at a minimum, otherwise the flooring could warp. Also depends on the quality of laminate you have. Best advice is to see if the Brand you purchased makes a specific cleaner.. I know Bruce brand does.

Q: What about the Kirby vacuum cleaners?: What about Kirby Vacuum Cleaners? I know they're are noisy, and grossly over priced. You can talk the salesman down to around $600.00. Check first to see if the salesperson is driving a cadillac Escalade. Also, the sales people prey on old people, and will not leave the home until the unit is sold.

Q: I have a bug vacuum (toy) and it doesn't work very well. The vacuum has 3 power settings and is turned on by pressing a trigger. I was gonna just pull out the circuit board and add more batteries, but it seemed like a good idea to ask on the internet first, because I know very little about electronics and stuff.
