- Q: I mean money.Our company pay based on how many clients we sign. The top sales persons can sign 3 person per day on average. And that is $40 Australian dollars per sign. On my first day, I signed one customer successfully, but my boss told me that he had a problem with my working attitude.Now let's do that maths, we work 10 hours per day, and if we sign 3 people, that is $120/ 10 hours, that is $12/hour. - Im not sure if this is even totally legal in Australia - it depends n what conditions you are employed... but this gets quite complicated and in the long run wont be worth your time. Solution - find another job and then quit! (dont just quit before you find another job though - that would be kinda silly). .
