FAQ of TC5613 Tower Crane
Q: What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?
A: First, we need to know clients’ requirements. Normally the following information should be clarified by the client: max lifting capacity, height (height under hook), tip load and jib length.
Second, we need to know what the foundation requirement from the client is. (Fixed/undercarriage/ undercarriage with traveling system), mast section type (panel/integrated), power supply source (voltage, ampere and frequency), the distance between the machine and power supply……
Third if there are special needs, we could suggest proposal according to clear data provided by the clients. End-user, as construction machinery buyer, knows the site situation well and should make decision, such as the machinery specification, type…….
Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?
A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.
Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane?
A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

- Q: I would like to get some advice from Martial artists of the training that Crane style Kung Fu go trough especially the balance. I would like to learn how they learn to balance without difficulty and the training they go trough.
- Balance is balance - there's no specific training but good balance will help you with all aspects of your training. A few things that helped me - tying shoelaces by getting into a crane posture rather than kneeling to the laces. The concentration on the shoe helps to balance you. Practice Crane Stance and try to keep a clear mind while in the stance - if you start worrying then you'll fall. Remember to keep the knee high and the foot pointed.
- Q: We would like some ideas from folks who have the cranes coming to their bird feeders. What foods are they attracted to?
- Sand Hill Cranes are omnivores which means that they feed on a wide variety of food. Their diet will change depending on the time of year and the habitat. Part of their diet would be rodents, snails, frogs and other small animals. They also will eat the roots of aquatic plants and grains in farm fields. This is where you may be able to draw the cranes to your yard. Spread the bird seed on the ground. Even small piles of seed may help. These birds like to forage through grassy areas and can do some digging with their beaks leaving the ground lumpy, so be sure you want them in your yard.
- Q: anyone can tell me the common steel tube material using for crane boom, both main chord and lattice boom. thanks !
- Steel, like you said, do you want an exact specification? That will vary by whether it is a very long and slender tall crane or a shorter heavy duty for considerable loads. It may even vary depending on whether the manufacturer has as a goal an extra light weight unit using more expensive stronger steel or is willing to use thicker walls to use more ordinary steel. That is what engineers are for.
- Q: can u have a small dog w/u when u are operating a crane?
- I can't imagine any employer allowing that condition to exist. A crane operator's attention must be on the job at all times. If the dog were to do something unexpected at a critical time, the operator may be distracted and lose control of the load.
- Q: Has anyone ever folded 1000 paper cranes? If so did your wish come true? If it did come true what did you wish for? :) Thanks so much!
- I know of someone who did. They did it as a fundraiser for a village school. They folded the cranes while working on the project, though, so I guess the lesson there is that you can make your own luck. The cranes look beautiful, though!
- Q: When making 1000 origami cranes, do all of them have to be the same size? I already made some of varying sizes. Does it matter? I hope not.Thank you.
- I don't believe there are any size restrictions, the main requirement is that there be 1000 of them. Since a lot of origami paper is prohibitively expensive to buy in large amounts, you'll probably be better off folding with whatever is convenient to you. This also frees you up to fold wherever and whenever you like, without having to lug around a certain size paper or a ruler and scissors. For instance, Sadako Sasaki, the famous Japanese school girl who attempted to fold 1000 cranes before her death from raditation-induced leukemia, had to fold with whatever paper was close to her - spare bits of medicine wrappings, napkins, candy wrappers, and wrapping paper from get-well presents.
- Q: who has played their respective character the longest ? i'm pretty sure it's kelsey grammer but was hoping to get a few responses.
- Kelsey, his role has been going on since the late 80's. I love him!
- Q: My dad has some old tools and he is wondering if the company is still around, or what happened to it. A yahoo search revealed little.
- Found on - www.lathes .uk/boicecrane/ Boice-Crane - USA Boice-Crane (Wilton Division) made various types of power tools, including a selection of wood lathes intended for amateur and educational use, and in the 1940s and early 1950 their range included, amongst others, the two amateur and one professional or educational machines illustrated below. The more robust lathe of the amateur pair had a 50 inch long bed with 10 swing and able to take 34 between centres; the 4-step V pulley in the headstock could be driven from either from the rear, or underneath. The bed, which had a gap able to swing 14, was internally ribbed and machined on its top surface. The No. 1 Morse taper tailstock was fitted with self eject for the centre. The double-ended spindle was 1.25 inches in diameter and ran on ball bearings - whilst the single faceplate contained two different diameter, left and right-hand threads so that it could be screwed onto either end. The lathe weighed 115 lbs, so, despite an insubstantial appearance, must have been a reasonably robust machine. The other bench lathe had a bed built from two steel channel sections - with the most elementary type of headstock and tailstock. The capacity was 10 x 30, the weight 30 lbs and the headstock spindle carried a 4-step, overhung, V-belt pulley. The company are now: Gothenburg Manufacturing Co., P.O. - Q: There are 2 Sandhill cranes that come by my house often because I feed them. I noticed that one of them has its right foot bent up awkwardly. It still moves around and travels with ease, but I wonder if there is something I could about it? Who should I contact?
- Search for Crane Foundation at Baraboo Wis.
- Q: It frustrates me every time I play one of those games i never win. Is there a secret? If so then what is it?
- It depends which type of animal crane you are talking about. If it's the jumbo cranes that pick up the huge stuffed animals, they are actually set to give out a win every so many plays, however the number of the winning play varies based on the location. If you are talking about the average sized cranes, the key is to look for a stuffed animal that is light up on top and bottom heavy. This will allow you to grab ahold of the head or neck and pick the animal up. I've found the easiest cranes to win on are the ones that you pick up beanie baby sized stuffed toys. They seem to win, every time you aim the crane to pick up the head or neck. It's a great way to rack up a lot of stuffed animals. While they may not be huge prizes they are reasonable ones, and some of them are pretty cute.
