Main Features of Tower Crane
1) This kind of crane adopts standard section hydraulic lifting and connecting. The max. height can reach 180m with wall tie ins.
2) It has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.
3)The range-change structure drives the trolley moving on the horizontal crang jib, with good positioning performance. Planet gear decelerator is applied in the circumgyrating structure, together with moment-limiting hydraulic coupler, which can relize high load capacity, steady starting and reliable operation.
4) The crane has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation. The crane is equipped with lifting height limiter, trolley ranging limiter, moment limiter, weight limiter etc..
5)The cranehas scientific layout and handsome appearance. The drivers cab is set independently on one side, with good vision field. It creates a good working environment for the operator.

FAQ about Tower Crane
Q: What serice you could provide?
A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem
Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance
Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance
Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your problems.
Q: What kind of steel used for tower crane ?
A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.
Q: What about our tower crane warranty?
A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.
Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane ?
A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.
- Q: like a really really clear set of instructions. or a video. but evrything i have tried confused me.
- there's a website called origami club that has pretty easy tutorials also tons on youtube.
- Q: Is it to do with visibility? What are some other colours of cranes?
- Visibility. In the U.S. most that I have dealt with have been schoolbus yellow or international orange. Cranes represent a hazard not only from the fact that the crane operator has restricted visibility and has to concentrate on the load and the signals he is receiving from the rigger but the load itself constitutes a hazard.
- Q: When the tower crane foundation is found, what should be discontinued?
- The settlement, inclination and cracking of tower crane foundation can affect the stability of tower crane and should be stopped
- Q: Like those huge cranes on the top of buildings that are being constructed - how do they get them up there???
- They erect it from the bottom and work their way up. The crane is also connected to the building at specific intervals. The larger cranes require a footing to be placed that can be as large or even larger than the building footings. The cranes are disassembled in the reverse order. The top piece is taken off and lowered. Cheers and good luck.
- Q: I don't know what the difference is. :(
- an egret is any of several herons and several of which develop milky white plumes during the breeding season, some herons are called egrets. Cranes are a family of large, long-legged and long-necked birds Unlike the similar-looking but unrelated herons, cranes fly with necks outstretched, not pulled back. Cranes’ necks are a shorter than those of heron.Herons curve their necks into an “S” shape and when they are flying they pull them totally back, while cranes necks’ stick straight out. Cranes also have shorter beaks than herons.
- Q: open boat by stephen crane
- The Open Boat is a true story - Crane was sent to Cuba as a war correspondent in 1897, and he boarded a vessel named the Commodore. The vessel sank off New Smyrna Beach, Florida in heavy weather, and the survivors made their way to shore in the open boat described. The wreck of the Commodore is in 90 feet of water, fourteen miles out and is currently under an Admiralty salvage claim.
- Q: hi, i was just looking for a guide to change a full stock to a crane stock on an m4, (its wired to the back)i dont actually have the gun yet im buying it from a freind, so i havnt had a chance to look at it but the the gg gr16-r4i was wondering if its just a m4 with a stock that is wired to the back, how there is the two long screws that run from the back of the buffer tube to the body, then you just switch it out for a crane stock...anyway anything would be great, thanks
- you need a crane stock and a buffer tube for it. the full stock does not use a buffer tube. you simply guide the wires through the buffer tube (once you attach it to the back) and into the stock. then just pu the stock on and put the batteries in and viola! crane stock!
- Q: What is the minimum radius of a tower crane?
- Luffing jib crane luffing mechanism to control the lifting radius, which is lifting and landing boom.At the minimum radius, the boom is angled to the vertical.
- Q: Please help!
- The Fāng family lived in Fujian, a province of China, in a place where there were many cranes. Qīniáng's father knew the Southern Chinese martial arts and taught them to his daughter. One day, while Qīniáng was doing her chores, a crane alighted nearby. Qīniáng tried to scare the bird off using a stick and the skills she learned from her father but whatever she did, the crane would counter. Qīniáng tried to hit the crane on the head, but the bird moved its head out of the way and blocked the stick with its wings. Qīniáng tried to hit the crane's wings, but the crane stepped to the side and this time blocked with the claws of its feet. Qīniáng tried to poke the crane's body, but the crane dodged backwards and struck the stick with its beak. From then on, Qīniáng carefully studied the movements of cranes and combined these movements with the martial arts she learned from her father, creating the White Crane style of Fujian Province. A side note from someone else: There are many versions of this legend, it is unlikely that the crane actually blocked the stick Qīniáng used, it is more likely that it evaded, and countered. The point of the style is to make less use of physical strength, stressing evasion, and attacks to vulnerable areas instead. Not depending on strength, is what makes white crane fitting elements so popular, especially for women’s self defence. Popular karate bunkai (breakdown) of white crane katas like hakutsuru, stress vital point striking or kyusho. The white crane system is not practiced much, if at all, anymore. There are several kata in karate, that have white crane elements, most stem from the Chinese tea merchant on Okinawa, Go Kenki, but few, if any, have the true white crane system anymore. There's also a tibetan style and a karate style named after it that strongly resembles it and incorporates much of the same methods.
- Q: Where i live i get a damn lot of these come in my house.... I usually just leave them unless there are too many. This was before i was told that they are in fact one of the most venomous creatures on the planet. I laughed, but then was told the same by a friend.Im now Little worried about them coming near me. I understand they have no ability to sting but still... Should i worry about them flying around my house? I was thinking if i were to squash one, doesn't that mean the venom is now on my hand?!Are they really the most venomous creatures on earth? Or am i making a mountain out of a molehill? Thanks
- It is a complete myth. Confusion can arise because there are three different animals commonly called daddy-long-legs - spiders of the family Pholcidae, harvestmen (which are arachnids, but not spiders), and crane flies (which are insects). The myth about 'daddy-long-legs' being extremely venomous was originally applied to pholcid spiders, perhaps because they often kill highly venomous species like the black widow. Because the name is shared by harvestmen and crane flies, the myth is now often applied to them too. It is false in all cases. Whilst pholcid spiders are venomous, their venom is far too mild to be dangerous to humans - it causes nothing more than a slight tingling sensation. Harvestmen and crane flies have no fangs or venom whatsoever, and are completely harmless.
