FAQ about Tower Crane

Q: What serice you could provide?

A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem

Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance

Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance

Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your  problems.

Q: What kind of steel used for  tower crane ?

A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

Q: What about our  tower crane  warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the  tower crane ?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: Can you equip with light on  tower crane  jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q: A few years ago, my college decided to take down two multilevel dormitories. The demolition company decided to take it down piecemeal with a wrecking ball. The wrecking ball was attached to the crane via a very large tire (just the rubber part, not the inflatable part). I have seen this done on normal cranes and other wrecking balls on TV and was wondering if any professional construction people out there know why they would do this as to me, a guy not in the construction/demolition business, think that might be a bit unsafe.
Shock absorption. The ball swings toward the building and hits, the energy of that swing is mostly dissipated into the building but also into the cable and cable connectors as the ball bounces back. That shock of the impact resonates and gets dissipated by the tire. It reduces wear and tear on the cable and cable connectors, also on the crane tower. Your car engine has motor mounts of the rubber type of material and it absorbs the resonating vibration of the engine. I have seen the cable connectors, interesting to say the least. The strands are interlaced sometime, and other times I see them clamped together. It would seem important to protect those joints. I do not know all of the crane business terminology, but that would be the gist of it.
Q: in the red badge of courage explain the mechanical metaphor crane uses to describe war?
I don't have a copy of TRBOC around but what you want to look for is a passage in which war is compared to, say, a machine of some sort.
Q: If so, what time of year?
Possibly, these creatures seem to be found all over the world. But why worry about them, they are harmless and don't bite humans - in fact they don't bite anything.
Q: If a crane fly loses a leg will he be okay? Is it painful for him or do they just 'release' them like a lizard can release it's tail?
Only lizards can release a part of their body, but only the tail. It probably lost its leg while it was flying because it had a string tightly wrapped around it for a long time and it finally just fell off. It would probably hurt them a little because the bloodflow would be cut off and it would be somewhat numb.
Q: how do they get the construction crane onto the the tall buildings?
If the crane has a mountaineering physique it is going to diminish itself down, removing its very own tower sections till it somewhat is low adequate to be bumped off by potential of a cellular crane. If it doesnt a smaller crane stated as a derreck crane would be set up on the roof of the development, it is going to take the tower crane dowm, as quickly because it somewhat is bumped off the derreck crane is disassembled and taked down by potential of the homes raise
Q: Does anyone have any info on John B. Crane?
Do you mean the Lecturer John B. Crane of the Redpath Chautauqua Collection? Thats the only one I know.
Q: It frustrates me every time I play one of those games i never win. Is there a secret? If so then what is it?
It depends which type of animal crane you are talking about. If it's the jumbo cranes that pick up the huge stuffed animals, they are actually set to give out a win every so many plays, however the number of the winning play varies based on the location. If you are talking about the average sized cranes, the key is to look for a stuffed animal that is light up on top and bottom heavy. This will allow you to grab ahold of the head or neck and pick the animal up. I've found the easiest cranes to win on are the ones that you pick up beanie baby sized stuffed toys. They seem to win, every time you aim the crane to pick up the head or neck. It's a great way to rack up a lot of stuffed animals. While they may not be huge prizes they are reasonable ones, and some of them are pretty cute.
Q: a/ Calculate the lift workb/ What is the power used by the crane when the efficiency is 60%? (Can you explain for me what efficiency means)c/ What will the kinetic energy of the load be when it hits the ground, if it falls from the height 8.5 meters, g=9.81 m/s^2Thank you.
The work done (W)= Force*Distance. Force is 9.81*3000kg. So W = 9.81*3000*8.5 = 250,155 J Power (P)= Work(W)/Time(t) = 250,155/15 = 16,677 W 60% efficiency means that the lift is only using 60% of its maximum amount of power output. So to find 100% (lets call it x) of the crane's efficiency, consider the following: x * 0.6 = 16,677 x = 16,677 / 0.6 = 27,795 W Total mechanical energy in a system remains constant, so the kinetic energy the moment it hits the ground equals the potential energy when it is still hanging in the air. Potential energy = mgh = 3000x9.81x8.5 = 250,155 J You know this is correct, because it is the same amount of work the crane performed on the object to lift it.
Q: I need to do a report about Stephen Crane, answering the question how did his life affect his how he wrote his books, does anyone know?
Crane is noted for his early employment of naturalism, a literary style in which characters face realistically portrayed and often bleak circumstances, but Crane emphasized impressionistic imagery and biblical symbolism rather than graphic realism. Crane's realism, writes William Peden, is often more impressionistic than photographic; his interest in psychological probing, his innovations in technique and style, and his use of imagery, paradox and symbolism give much of his best work a romantic rather than a naturalistic quality. Both realism and symbolism, the two major directions of modern fiction, have their American beginnings in Crane's work.
Q: What category is a Crane bird?
I KNOW I KNOW! -birds-
