Calcium Silicon Powder
1. Description:
Silicon Calcium Alloy is a stable compound; it is supplied in the form of solid with approximate melting point of 1245°C and boiling point 1800°C in normal atmospheric pressure.
Solubility in water reacts with moist gas and water.
Silicon Calcium Alloy is a potent deoxidizer and desulfurizer utilized in the production of high grade steels. Although Silicon itself is a powerful deoxidizer, Calcium is by far more powerful. In addition, Calcium Silicon is used to control the shape, size and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions improving fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of the final product. Calcium Silicon can be obtained in lump or powder form. The most widely used method for intergraded steel applications is in the form of cored wire. This is mainly because calcium has a low density and high reactivity in the ladle making it difficult to introduce and retain in the melt. Cored wire eliminates these variables.

(1) Silicon calcium alloy is an ideal deoxidizer and desulfurizer.
(2) CaSi is generally used in manufacturing steel of high quality and low carbon, and the same as the production of stainless.
(3) CaSi is also served as a starting material for other special alloys, such as nickel base alloy and titanium base alloy.
(4) Silicon Calcium Alloy can also be used as the inoculant of cast iron and the additive in the production of nodular cast iron.

- Most sheet metal is coated with galvanizing. Not fun to weld on. Most steel for welding use is just carbon steel.

- heavy metal has lots of genre, i started out listen to pop and punk rock but i suddenly shift into the metal genre a couple of years ago, depends on what you like, if you like songs that talks about fantasy and epic stories and inspires you listen to power metal, if you like awesome guitar or instruments solo listen to death metal, if you like awesome screaming and growls listen to black metal, if you like folk music or folk instruments listen to folk metal, if you like vikings or pirates listen to viking metal or pirate metal just to name a few

- Silicon is similar to most metals in the sense that silicon and most metals have a high melting point relative to non-metals, although the melting point of silicon is higher than that of most metals. The oxide of silicon is acidic while the oxides of metals are either basic or amphoteric. These are the similarities and differences between silicon and metals. The Metal system was made entirely of metal, and they added a plastic part on top of the Wheel in the Hybrid Wheel System, however they are still made out of metal. The Face, Track and Bottom are made of plastic obviously though, except Rubber Flat and Metal Sharp.

- Metals do not contain steel. Steel is an alloy of purified iron and carbon, and sometimes with other metals, such as nickel, chromium, or molybdenum to make it stainless or to change its hardness or other properties. It's like asking what cereals contain Cheerios. It doesn't really make sense. Other metal alloys contain iron, which is an element and the main ingredient of steel. Maybe you should be asking which metal alloys contain iron? That's more like asking which cereals contain whole grain oats. Now that's a question that can be answered by reading the ingredients labels on your standard boxes of metal alloys :-)
