- Q: I have just had a new Combi boiler fitted and have had the old back boiler and fire disconected. - Q: I live in a flat and have constant leaks coming through my ceiling, there is a flat above me. The problems had previously came from the guttering on the roof not being cleaned properly and when it rained the water would leak in to the flat throught the ceiling and electrical sockets. Does anyone know how my landlord should be doing this properly so i can get this sorted as it hasnt been raining and i know have leaks again this morning with bubbles in the ceiling.
