If so this is a material that is used on interiors and is NOT weather proof. Exterior or a Marine grade plywood would be the ideal to use out of doors.

Q: I had to have the other walls rebuilt because they were so bad & I'm worried if I remove the wallpaper the plaster will fall off & new plaster won't stick to the crumbling walls. So I'll plasterboard strait over the wallpaper. The only solvent that will work is methlyethyl ketone which you can get at a home center or paint store. If the fabric is cotton you can try removing the paint with MEK if it is synthetic or a blend you will need to test the solvent on a not so visible spot to make sure that it won't damage the fabric.
