Specifications of Six Stocks Twisted Wire
1. Brief Introduction
Six Stocks Twisted Wire is known black oil iron wire or black annealed wire. The soft annealed wire is more economic than the Cold drawing hard wire for making nails.Black annealed wire is mainly processed into coil wire, spool wire or big package wire. Or further straightened and cut into cut wire and U type wire. Black iron wire is mostly used in construction or used as tie wire or baling wire in building, parks and daily binding.

4. Information AboutBlack Annealed Six Stocks Twisted Wire
Black Annealed Six Stocks Twisted Wiregets its name from its plain black color. Soft annealed wire offers excellent flexibility and softness through the process of oxygen free annealing. Annealed wire is obtained by means of thermal annealing, endowing it with the properties it needs for its main use - setting. This wire is deployed both in civil construction and in agriculture. Hence, in civil construction annealed wire, also known as burnt wire is used for iron setting. Annealed wire does not usually have any type of protective lining, paper or plastic. It is stored in coils or spools of a varying weights

- Q: What does insulated wire do?How does it differ from regular wire used on breadboards?
- Insulated wire is .... insulated. That is, it has a layer of plastic or rubber around it so that there is no exposed metal (except at the ends) and thus minimizes the shock hazard, and also helps prevent accidental shorts between wires. Non insulated wire is bare, it has no insulation, it's just a thin copper bar. You can use either on breadboards, so I don't know what you mean by regular wire. .
- Q: Which is live and which is not, there is a black wire and a blue wire?
- The oven is rated at 220 volts they are both hot conductors.
- Q: the 2 wires that is connected from the key hole is cut .. how to fix or replace?
- If there enough wire left on each side of the cut, say 1, then you could bear about 1/4 of the wire on each side and solder the wires back together making sure you are soldering the same wires together and wrap each soldered connection in electrical tape so they are not able to touch each other. Then a final wrap of tape around them both. If you are not up to soldering you could go to an auto parts shop and get a crimp connector to do the job, again bearing of wire is needed to get a contact through the cut area. If the cut is closer to the switch then there is no option but to replace the switch.....
- Q: i want technical names of the electrical equipments rheostat, wire wound
- 1.Rheostat is Rheostat. But if you are asking technical name , I would like to state : A potentiometer is a three-terminal resistor with a sliding contact that forms an adjustable voltage divider. If only two terminals are used (one side and the wiper), it acts as a variable resistor or Rheostat. 2.Wire:Cable. A wire is a single, usually cylindrical, elongated string of drawn metal. Wires are used to bear mechanical loads and to carry electricity and telecommunications signals. Standard sizes are determined by various wire gauges. The term wire is also used more loosely to refer to a bundle of such strands, as in 'multistranded wire', which is more correctly termed a wire rope in mechanics, or a cable in electricity. 3.Wound : Do you mean winding?
- Q: The resistivity of a 18.0 m long wire is 3.76E-8 Ω.m and its cross sectional area is 6.52E-6 m2. If the wire carries a current of 1.44 A, what is the voltage across the wire?
- R = ( rho x l)/A Where: R is the resistance, rho the resistivity, l the length and A the area Resiatance of wire = (3.76 x 10^-8 x 18)/6.52 x 10^-6 R = 0.1038 Ohms Voltage across wire = current through wire x resistance of wire V = I x R V = 1.44 x 0.1038 V = 0.14947 V = 0.15 Volts
- Q: I have a minivan with a flat 5 pin wiring connecter at back. We bought an old utility trailer with no wiring. It has the two rear lights, one on each side with 2 wires sticking out of each. We got the flat 5 pin trailer connector to connect to the van and bought a long piece of cable which has the white, brown, green and yellow wires in it. Where do I connect what? I have the wire that connects to the van with the four colours and 2 wires coming out of each light for the trailer. Thanks!
- Your five wire setup is the same as a four wire setup with an additional wire for power (if it is even hooked up on the vehicle, which I have seen some installed and not used before) The white wire is Chassis Ground (also known as 'NEG' or '-') The green wire is for the Right Side Turn and Stop. The yellow wire is for the Left Side Turn and Stop. The brown wire is for Running/Marker lights. If your trailer's chassis is made of metal, then connect the white wire to it. Check the trailers taillight bulbs to see if they have one or two filaments. They should have two. One is for the dimmer running lights, and one is for the brighter brake and turn lights. Good luck with your wiring adventure!
- Q: i need thin insulated wire like this.
- It is called enamelled copper wire or copper winding wire. You will find it at Digi-key and other electronics retailers. Check OKorder as well. It comes in different gauges (thicknesses), the higher the number, the thinner the wire. I'd say the stuff he uses in the video is about 30 gauge.
- Q: I recently purchased a 1-wire alternator and I'm not sure what to do with the wire harness that was on my stock alternator. Also not sure what the three wires on it go to. Can anyone experienced in alternator wiring tell me what these wires do and if it is ok to leave them unhooked?
- Can't tell you for sure what it is unless I looked but most alternators generate 3 phase power so maybe it's a wire for each phase of your power. The new alternator is putting all 3 phases into one wire internally to feed out. I would check with the manufacturer if the new alternator is compatible.
- Q: I am buying my sister Interior Underdash lights for her car, but it says it requires a quot;hard wire installationbecause it does not come with an on and off switch. What exactly does that mean? Will the lights turn on and off according to whether the car is on or off? Also, what is a hard wire installation?
- Hard wire means it's not just plugged in. eg. using the cigarette lighter but instead is permanently wired in. All you need to do is wire the lights ground wire to any ground wire under the dash eg. ignition ground or radio ground ( wire will be black ) or directly to a screw that goes into any metal part of the chassis and wire the lights positive wire to either the accessory wire from your ignition (lights come on when car is on) or a constant power wire eg. radio power wire and wire in a toggle switch so you can turn the lights on or off at will.
- Q: ok...all the wires in my quot;atticare encased in this silver metal casing....when i opened a bathroom wall...the wires were also like that.....at the fuse box...they all leave like that........sooooo, can i assume all my wires are encased like that? does that make them pretty safe from rodents chewing? (yup-been watching Billy the Exterminator) why were they done like that? tx for any info....
- I don't think they would all be like that. Usually just exposed wires would be encased.
