Q: i already found the force in rope 2 but im not getting the force in rope 1.
The tension in the two vertical ropes must sum to 700N in order to balance the window washer. EDIT. In order to find the answer for each rope, I need to know how long the scaffold is and where the window washer is standing. EDIT. Taking moments about the end nearest to window washer. T1*3.044 = 298.6*1.522 + 700*1.51 ----> T1 = 496.54 N (2. d. p.) Taking moments about the other end. T2*3.044 = 298.6*1.522 + 700*1.534 ----> T2 = 502.06 N (2. d. p.) T1 + T2 = 496.54 + 502.06 = 998.6 = 700 + 298.6 as required.
Q: If you have two workers say standing on a scaffolding, their are downward forces from the weight of the workers along with the weight of the scaffold, and upward forces from tension suspending the scaffolding in place. The opposite forces add to zero and thus the scaffolding remains at rest.My question has to do with what would occur if more/less workers were on the scaffolding. It appears to me that the scaffolding would always remain at rest. Would there always be a ΣF=0 regardless of the amount of workers? As the decreases in weight from removing a worker would also cause the tension force to be weaker? And vice versa if there were more workers?I
You are correct so long as the scaffolding is not allowed to move. I.e. the cables suspending it are locked and not unwinding from their spools as more workers get on. More weight added would necessarily increase the tension in this type of case. However, if, when another worker got on and the tension could not increase for what ever reason, a downward acceleration would take place that is proportional to the worker's weight. Hope that clears things up.
Q: Scaffolding installation process, construction preparation

Q: Can you identify Scaffold Grade Aluminum tubing by looking at it.?
The grade or type of Aluminum Alloy materials can not be identified visually because they are almost all the same in appearance. Normally these materials are marked with there Alloy number or designation like, 6061- T6, at certain intervals so that users can distinguish them.
Q: I really want to get one done and I would like it if someone could tell me how badly does it really hurt? During and after. I know everybody has different pain thresholds but on average? I'm just nervous to get it done but really want another piercing on my ears. I have my lobes and a cartilage on my right ear. How easy is it to clean? rate in numbers as well as a description. Thanks.
My lip piercing did not harm in any respect. i've got not got an anti-tragus piercing, yet I do have a ordinary tragus piercing and that harm even under the lip. To be elementary, they are the two very tolerable. My navel piercing harm better than the two one in each of them.
Q: Right! I've heard from so many different people about this. Some say that you should never twist an industrial because it can damage the delicate newly healing skin cells. Others say that you must twist it to prevent the jewelry from healing attached to the skin and to be able to clean it properly.There really doesn't seem to be a definitive answer!My piercer has said not to twist it, so I haven't been, and I'm happy that the piercing is clean enough, etc. However I'm interested in whether any of you out there have found that not twisting it can damage it more than doing so.Thanks
i twisted mine alot and the cartlidge inbetween has ripped and it hurts unbelievably loads, so i wouldnt twist it
Q: What are the requirements for the construction of the scaffolding structure?
The invention also provides an anchoring device for anchoring a scaffold structure to a building. Arm with longitudinal axis. The anchoring device further comprises an anchoring device which is fixed to the building by the anchoring device and the scaffold structure.
Q: i am getting my industrial (scaffold) pierced on one ear and i want my cartilage on the other ear, how long do i have to wait between them? What are pros and cons for industrial (scaffold)? what are risks and stuff and how much is it? i want to get it so any information or anything i should know would be great thanks especially for industrial:)
