1. Main Description of Ring-lock Scaffolding：
Ring lock scaffolding is a modular scaffold system which can provide major savings in labor costs while meeting the demands for safety, ease of handling and reductions in maintenance. Scaffoldings are widely used in platform, bridge, construction, buildings,and so on.

- The problem with your proposal is that you realise that the wind/rain could have an effect but chose to ignore the consequences if it occurs. - They can't use one of the holes you already have. Things won't line up properly and it won't heal. They will make the new hole either higher or lower, depending on how high your cartilage piercing is at the moment. I would assume they would try and make it higher, but it is about what will be best for the piercing.
