                                                                                              Got 23 national patents

   Products Introduction & Application:
During construction, scaffolding shoring system has great difference in designing and manufacturing, as they have different loading mode and magnitude on the vertical standard. To distinctively use them in the construction can ensure security, reduce steel consumption,  and save assembly & dismantling time and freight cost.
M60 is the professional supporting system invented and designed by our Group by introducing the new technology and notion and combining the Chinese construction practices and features. M 60 is specially applicable to the formwork supporting of high large bridge, widely used for the bridge construction of highway, railway and high-speed rail.
Learned advanced technology and idea and considered Chinese particular traits and habits, we developed 2 types of formwork-supporting system: M60 and M48. M60 is applies for exterior wall construction, ship construction, large industrial construction, stage construction, as well as light-load house roof supporting system.

Features:

(1)Five Advantages
① Greatly Reduce Steel Consumption
Adopt many patented designs like high-strength low-alloying steel tube, rosette joint, self-lock wedge and so on. The tower structure with standard bay brace can make the load capacity of vertical standard be as much as 20T, which greatly reduced steel consumption during the construction. Compare to cup-lock scaffolding, M60 can save over 2/3 steel amount. For instance, building a bridge with 180m length, 50m width and 11m height, a cup-lock scaffolding need 3,473 ton steel, while M60 need only 919 ton, saving 74% steel. Reducing steel quantity is not only "low-carton green", but also a safe and reliable solution for construction cost saving.
②Time efficient during assembly and dismantling
Compare to cup-lock scaffolding, M60 formwork supporting system need less materials, less assembly & dismantling time and cost. Also for above instance, cup-lock scaffolding need 558,000 scaffolding pipe, while M60 needs only 10, 000 units with 82% time efficient. Therefore, our patented M60 can improve construction efficiency, reduce high-altitude working to guarantee workers' safety.
③Save Freight Charges
Still for above instance, if the freight charge is USD $30/TON, M60 can save USD $83,000.
④20-year Product Lifetime
With hot dipped galvanized processing, the product can be used over 20 years. It completely eliminate the unsafe trouble that caused by rested supporting system, and save cost.
⑤Worry-free Recycling Programme
Provide worry-free recycling programme, the customers can enjoy zero-risk investment.

(2)Ladder Scaffolding system

Ladder scaffolding is stable and reliable, its level access way keep workers safety and flexibility when they walk up and down the stairs. Convenient for transportation, storage and worksite management, it takes standardized management for construction.

(3)Professional Welding Technology

As welding technology is the key to safety of scaffold and shoring system, we import advanced specially designed full-automatic welding, and our welders are regularly trained and assessed by foreign exports. Our product quality is guaranteed.

Q: Found two different bowl buckle scaffold specification JGJ166-2008
Are you sure is a type steel pipe scaffold? Steel pipe is a fastener link
Q: I got my scaffold/industrial piercing today..about 4 or 5 hours ago and The glands in my neck are now swollen pretty bad..I usually suffer with swollen glands but not this much..is this from the piercing?? Is it dangerous? Also my ear still stings is that normal? Thanks in advance
There are a lot of viruses/allergies/sinuses going around right now, and I would say that the swollen glands aren't from the piercing, but it could very well be a lymph node in your neck with a collection of white blood cells grouping together to go fight the bacteria possibly from the piercing. And the stinging is fine, mine hurt for a really long time after I got it. Actually it still hurts quite often. But just keep applying the sea salt mixture three times daily and you should be healed up in no time! (:
Q: I got mine done this morning, and like the dumba** I am, I got it on the side that I sleep on. A friend of mine said she slept on hers the first night and didn't hurt and it was fine, but I don't believe that to be true. If I have to sleep on my other side, I could but it's very hard for me to fall asleep like that, and I often switch positions while asleep unconsciously. Any tips?
Unless you take it out, there isn't much you can do. To help me fall asleep (I'm a side sleeper btw) I lie on my back, close my eyes and stay super still. I don't think about anything, just picture all black. I breathe in and out slowly, holding my breath each way. I usually fall asleep no problem that way. You will probably turn in your sleep, you will just need to see how it is tomorrow I guess :)
Q: What is the meaning of WDJ in the WDJ bowl buckle scaffold
Stable frame.Scaffolding (scaffold) refers to the construction site for the workers to operate and solve the vertical and horizontal transport and erection of various stents
Q: Buckle plate, fastener type, bowl buckle type full support of the algorithm are the same
Basically, the algorithm takes into account the length and width of the structureFirstly, according to the national standard of the Jiepan button, fastener, scaffolding pole spacing and bar spacing specification
Q: I have like 70 frames of scaffold to sell in the dallas area and I don't know where to post it other than ebay and craigslist
Use okorder , okorder , hope these help.
Q: I have already got a cartilage piercing, and I was considering getting a scaffold bar. I don't mind pain, but soon as it was in an unusual place, I was just a little bit curious.
Well it would feel similar to your cartilage piercing, but the hole near the front of the ear would probably be a more intense feeling than the second hole as the cartilage is thicker there. If you have long hair, try to keep it tied back for the first few weeks because it may catch on the balls on the ends, and that can make a sore piercing more sore, trying to unwind your hair from it...
Q: I'm wanting a scaffold piercing so i can wear it with a bar or 2 rings. Could i get it PIERCED with the 2 rings to begin with or do i have to have a bar for the first few weeks/months?
My friend wanted the same thing done so she asked the piercer and he pierced one side of her top ear first and a week later she went back and got the other side pierced. She got used to the rings being in for 2 weeks and then put a bar in. Beware though as the bar that is put into your ear can make your skin grow around it, I still have two lumps on my ear from where the piercing went dodgy and so has my friend. I want it done again though! :)
Q: im in the midwest
when we took osha classes , we were told there was no such thing as an osha approved plank...but i see the osha stamp on some so i dont know what to think...rough cut 2 in. hemlock will hold anything you can safely put on a scaffold...
Q: This pome is scaffolded from a real poem, quot;Capricorn, quot; by poet/publisher TD Euwaite. The link gives guidelines.
It looks good Elaine (though TD is so prolific I couldn't find Capricorn). The real question though is, Did you enjoy doing it? I love the title and how it plays off the first line. I'm going to have to go with solar-sails. Edit: I just read Capricorn. Thank you for the link. It fits well. Very nicely done. Neonman: I can see how that might be a problem. Mine actually came out as a series of odd-connections. Upon revision it wouldn't fit the original anymore. I think the trick is to write the poem as if you had no future poem in mind. If I had more room on YA I would have included the original (The Red Poppy by Louise Gluck), my composite, and the final draft...we are sadly a bit limited here.
