- Q:After doing a system recovery (reinstalls windows) about a year ago, a folder I had on the desktop which had alot of stuff in it that I used often got deleted (or so I thought), as the Properties window shows it to have 0 files and folders and be 0 bytes in size. If they are still there, is there any way to get around the access denied error and get the files out?Also, trying to open a file inside the folder using Run also produces the same error.
- What you need is a casting resin; and there are several types. I suggest you obtain a few books on this subject and learn HOW to work with it first. You MAY have to rough up the glaze to get the resin to stick. IF you plan to include anything from the Harry Potter series, be sure to obtain a license to use it IF you plan to sell them.

- Either you've burned up a belt, or one of the brush rolls end bearings have burned out and locked up. If it 's a belt, it won't be under warranty, as that's a part that wears out normally, although not usually that quickly. They're tough to change on some models, easier on others, depends on what you have. If it's the brush roll end bearing, that should be under warranty. Unfortunately, if you bought it from a mass retailer, like Wal-Mart, Miejer, or some other big department store, they'll most likely refer you to some warranty service shop where you'll have to take the receipt and the vac so they can inspect it.
