- I assume in the same places you'd buy it in the U.S., but it would also depend on the *type* of resin you wanted, for example. Clear epoxy resin isn't usually used for fiberglass, though clear polyester resin is. Both kinds of 2-part resin come in art qualities (which will cure very clear) and in lesser qualities (esp. polyester resin intended for fiberlgass). In the U.S., epoxy resins can be found in craft, art, hobby stores and even in some hardware stores (the better quality stuff like Envirotex Lite, etc), or it can found as bar top resin in home improvement stores, etc. Polyester resins on the other hand can probably be found in those same stores (the major art/craft brand would be Castin' Craft's Clear Polyester Resin). But the lower-quality polyester resin used for fiberglass would be found in auto supply or boat supply or surfboard supply places, etc, instead and fiberglass cloth would also be found in those places. - Resin filling materials are kind of like a treacly consistency which sets hard. To stop being worn away by constant chewing, some materials have bit of filler - hard bits within the treacle which resist the wearing down. This makes them less flow able. An unfilled resin is simply the resin by itself - it wears slightly faster than a filled material and it shrinks a little more when it sets, limiting it to very thin layers. It is normally used on top of teeth to seal tiny holes where the filler particles can't get.

- If you just want to stiffen the tea-stained linen strips and add a bit more brownish or other tone, you could just tint permanent white glue (Elmers GlueAll, e.g.) with brown or orange acrylic paint, then apply that thickly (should dry translucent at least, and also stiffen the linen wrapping). Or you could use any other clear finish or varnish you happen to have around (polyurethane, clear fingernail polish, Mop 'N Glo or other acrylic floor polishes, etc.) and tint them to apply for probably a more transparent color.
