Futures of  Pressed Putlog Coupler for Scaffolding

Coupler is a connector between two moving parts to relay the motion, such as a Universal joint or an Oldham coupler.

  • The scaffolding coupler is the connecting hardware between the steel rail and rail bearing.

  • The Couplers are used to fix the steel rail on rail bearing to keep the rail gauge and prevent their opposite vertical and horizontal movements.

  • The good scaffolding couplers always consider design with less coupler system accessories for easy installation & disassembly.

  • Choose the durable & flexible & high strength couplers can firmly connect the steel rail and rail bearing.

  • Especially recommend the flexible couplers for concrete sleeper moulds application due to enough flexibility requirement from concrete sleeper

  • Our scaffolding couplers are with dual anti-rust processing (deactivation & galvanizing) for a longer lifespan compared to the common couplers.

  • Adapting full steel plate with cold press molding,  scaffolding couplers are with advanced structure design. All scaffolding couplers are with very high strength & toughness much higher than international general coupler standards. They totally eliminated the safe hazard compared to common cast iron couplers which easily cause the safe hazard due to scaffolding system collapsing accidents resulted by coupler fracture.

  • Our scaffolding couplers with superior stability & high load bearing capacity are popularly used in various construction/engineering applications.

  • The low-cost  couplers overcome the point & line fitting problems between couplers and tubes due to the Max Joint Area and cause no safe hazard resulted by steel tube slip. Greatly reinforced the mechanical properties & safety to the scaffolding and prolong the couplers lifespan.

Q: What are the chances of cracking the tile? What can I do to avoid cracking the tile? This will be 3 levels of scaffolding on 6 inch wheels.
unless you are majorly manhandling the scaffolding, such as slamming it around and jerking it into place, etc, you won't crack the tiles (this is being said with the hopes that the flooring was installed correctly.) i would throw a layer or two of bedsheets or a good heavy drop cloth over the tiled floor just to protect the tile from being chipped or scratched. be careful going up so high. good luck!
Q: i have now got lumps on my scaffolding and i have searched and it seems to be normal.. i just want to know how to get rid? any ideas? :)
It recommends tea tree oil, or vitamin E oil applied directly to the area.
Q: What are the dangers of scaffolding
(5) the improper operation of the accident collision accident, etc.)Analysis of the main reasons two accidents:1) whole frame dumping, vertical collapse or local collapse frameStructural defects: the structure of the lack of the necessary structural members, not in accordance with the provisions of the number and requirements of the erection of the wall, etc.;In the process of using the arbitrary demolition essential bars and even wall pieces etc.;
Q: How to set up the temporary structure of the external structure of the balcony on the two structure
Foundation engineering:Square - hole excavation pile - pile - reinforced concrete beam - based backfill. Pile by manual drilling, artificial trolley, concentrated heap of residual soil, automobile Sinotrans earthwork project, the allowable deviation of hole diameter of pile are as follows: 800cm, vertical aperture offset, 10cm < 1%, along the axis, vertical axis direction 7cm.
Q: I'm trying to understand a problem in my physics book. The problem is this:A person is pulling on a rope, that is connected to a pulley on the ceiling. The rope then goes to a box with a pulley on it, and then up to the ceiling where the rope is connected (to the ceiling). The rope and pulleys are massless and frictionless. The book lists three forces (tension forces) going up and one weight force pulling down.My question is, why isn't there another force pulling against the tension of the rope from the guy pulling the rope?
The force felt by the person pulling is the same as the force in the rope between the two pulleys. It doesn't matter if the person is pulling straight up (without the pulley) or straight down(with the pulley) it's the same. Therefore the weight/force is divided equally between the two ropes.
Q: At 16 I took my bros 16 gauge piercing needle and pierced my left cartilage and it didn't hurt at all.... and I have a tattoo as well and I laughed through it. So pain isn't huge when it's a small amount.
Gosh Industrial do hurt I'm not going to lie. Cartilage piercings don't hurt. But industrials are really hard to take care of. If you can handle pain then get it. They're worth it but they do hurt.
Q: ...and I'm not really sure what to expect. I know that everyones healing time and pain tolerence is different but just some personal storys would be nice. And before you say it I am aware that there are risks as there are risks with any piercing. so I'm 17 from London and wondering:How old do you have to be to get it done?Does anyone know a reputable place i can get it done? How much will it be?any experiences to share?
I haven't had this piercing but i was thinking of getting one i do have an eyebrow ring and seven earrings in each ear and i use to have a tongue ring, your piercing cartilidge so it is going to sting shouldnt be too bad though for me my most painful piercing was my fourth earring hurt after that it wasnt too bad my seventh was a breeze i knew how to take care of it so that it would heal fast and not get infected. you have to daily sometimes twice a day clean it otherwise it gets infected and its been my exerpience that they get infected easy. the healing time for when you pierce cartilidge is twice that of when you pierce your lobe so about 8-12 weeks give or take as far as i know you have to be 18 to get one if your in the US (or 17 with parental consent) not sure what the age would be over in London as for reputable place most tatto parlors do piercings look for a clean place that sterlizes everything very important (again going on US standards) as for the cost not sure was 10 dollars for ear piercing at wal mart but for this kind of ear piercing i would guess 20-30 dollars cause its at leadt 50 for a eyebrow or tongue ring i know that. i hope this helps good luck
Q: hi, i already have my cartlidge pierced on my right ear and thinking about getting a scaffold piercing on my left ear. will a scaffold piercing hurt more than my cartlidge piercing,,less,,or about the same???thanks answers apprecietedhope =] xx
Several people have told me it hurts about the same. I do not have one, sorry couldn't be more help than that.
Q: He pushes a can over the scaffold at 15 meters and it takes 3.25 seconds for it to land.I keep doing the problem over and over. the Correct answer is 20.5 m/s, however I keep arriving to the solution of 17 m/s. I solved it by doing Vf^2 = Vi^2 + 2adwhere the initial velocity is zero and the acceleration is -g. I made my coordinate system so that down is negative in which the distance will be negative. This however, did not give me the correct answer. Am I right or is the book right?
The initial velocity is not zero since the scaffold is moving upward when the can gets pushed over. And final velocity, vf, does not represent the speed of the scaffold (if that is what you're trying to solve). y = (vo)(t) - (1/2)gt? 15 m = (vo)(3.25 s) - (1/2)(9.81 m/s?)(3.25 s)? vo = +20.5 m/s
Q: Bowl buckle scaffold inspection and evaluation
1 main components should have product identification and product quality certificate.2 the supplier shall provide the material, product inspection report of the pipe, parts, casting, stamping parts and so on.
