Scaffolding coupler is the connecting hardware between the steel rail and rail bearing.
The Couplers are used to fix the steel rail on rail bearing to keep the rail gauge and prevent their opposite vertical and horizontal movements.
The good scaffolding couplers always consider design with less coupler system accessories for easy installation & disassembly.
Choose the durable & flexible & high strength couplers can firmly connect the steel rail and rail bearing.
Especially recommend the flexible couplers for concrete sleeper moulds application due to enough flexibility requirement from concrete sleeper
Our scaffolding couplers are with dual anti-rust processing (deactivation & galvanizing) for a longer lifespan compared to the common couplers.
Adapting full steel plate with cold press molding, our scaffolding couplers are with advanced structure design. All scaffolding couplers are with very high strength & toughness much higher than international general coupler standards. They totally eliminated the safe hazard compared to common iron casted couplers which easily cause the safe hazard due to scaffolding system collapsing accidents resulted by coupler fracture.
Our scaffolding couplers with superior stability & high load bearing capacity are popularly used in various construction/engineering applications.
The low-cost scaffolding couplers overcome the point & line fitting problems between couplers and tubes due to the Max Joint Area and cause no safe hazard resulted by steel tube slip. Greatly reinforced the mechanical properties & safety to the scaffolding and prolong the couplers lifespan.

- Q: Where to use scaffolding in construction
- 5, the level should be closed: the first step, every step or two, covered with planks or hand foot fence, scaffolding to laying along the long, joints should be overlapped in the small bar, do not appear short board. And in between in the pole and the wall every four steps long laying safety bottom fence.6, vertical closure: from the second step to the fifth step, each step required in the outer row of pole side door set like baluster 1.00m high and block feet or to set up protective net, rod (net) and the vertical rod fastened; more than fifth steps in a protective railing, should all the safety fence or security legislation net; in the street or densely populated areas, should be from the second step, the safety fence or outside of all network security legislation.

- Q: I'm trying to understand a problem in my physics book. The problem is this:A person is pulling on a rope, that is connected to a pulley on the ceiling. The rope then goes to a box with a pulley on it, and then up to the ceiling where the rope is connected (to the ceiling). The rope and pulleys are massless and frictionless. The book lists three forces (tension forces) going up and one weight force pulling down.My question is, why isn't there another force pulling against the tension of the rope from the guy pulling the rope?
- The force felt by the person pulling is the same as the force in the rope between the two pulleys. It doesn't matter if the person is pulling straight up (without the pulley) or straight down(with the pulley) it's the same. Therefore the weight/force is divided equally between the two ropes.
- Q: What are the requirements for acceptance of external scaffolding? Want to know before
- 7, scaffolding erection should be higher than the top of the building or the operating surface of 1.5m or more, and add enclosure. 8, the erection of the scaffolding on the steel pipe, fasteners, foot board and connection points shall not be arbitrarily removed. When necessary, the construction site must be approved by the person in charge of the site and take effective measures. 9, the use of scaffolding, the site should be responsible for the organization of inspection and acceptance, acceptance and fill in the inspection form before use. In the construction process should be professional management, inspection and warranty, and periodic settlement observation, found abnormal should take timely reinforcement measures.
- Q: I really want to get one done and I would like it if someone could tell me how badly does it really hurt? During and after. I know everybody has different pain thresholds but on average? I'm just nervous to get it done but really want another piercing on my ears. I have my lobes and a cartilage on my right ear. How easy is it to clean? rate in numbers as well as a description. Thanks.
- Well of course it depends on the person. Some people say the piercing isn't bad at all, while some say it is really painful. Some people say the healing process is absolute hell, but for some people it's a breeze. I got an industrial 3 months ago, and i would rate the actual piercing process as a 8/10 (10 being the most painful). It was pretty painful in my opinion, but the good thing is that the pain doesn't last long at all. Most people i know who have industrials say that the healing process is more painful than getting the piercing, but for me it was the complete opposite. Immediately after the piercing it throbbed and was a tiny bit sore for about an hour, then for the next 2 days it was completely painless. But after that, it was pretty sore for about 2-3 weeks, but it wasn't that bad. Now after having it 3 months, it still feels a bit uncomfortable when i sleep on it, sometimes it's a tad bit sore, but no big deal at all :)
- Q: So im a guyAnd I might get oneAnyone had one before/got one?Any advice? How much do they normaly cost?if you answer this i will love you forever :)
- i got mine (industrial) almost 8 years ago and it cost me $42. it hurt, they do it with one needle and just go straight across your ear. my mom nearly cried when she saw it. it feels really hot and sore after you get it and you have to constantly turn the bar in your ear to prevent infection and a keloid scar. i had a keloid scar on my ear from it and when i started working i was asked to take it out. it smells funny sometimes but i loved having it. kinda miss it now. good luck! xo
- Q: i am getting my industrial (scaffold) pierced on one ear and i want my cartilage on the other ear, how long do i have to wait between them? What are pros and cons for industrial (scaffold)? what are risks and stuff and how much is it? i want to get it so any information or anything i should know would be great thanks especially for industrial:)
- You can have both done in the same day if you can handle the pain and shock. Get the industrial done first, and if you still feel OK afterwords, you can get your other ear done by the same piercer. Talk to him/her and let them know what you want to do before you start. If you feel like you need to wait after the industrial, wait at least a day before getting the second piercing. It's all about what you can handle.
- Q: I got an industrial/scaffold piercing a few months ago and currently have captive bead rings in (The piercer put those in after he pierced it). The piercings are now healed enough for me to change the piercing, and I found an industrial bar on ebay which I'd really like to order. Only problem is, it has two choices on the gauge thickness and length, and I don't know which mine is.The gauge sizes available are 1.2mm (16g) or 1.6mm (14g) , and the length options are 32mm, 35mm, 38mm.Does anyone know which would be the best to get? Thanks.
