—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- They are equally slick. If deciding on tiles, I recommend some with texture. It helps. I have torn my ACL and went through the tile vs. vinyl. textured tile also hides any scratches etc.

- No you shouldn t.. Dirt, dust and every day stuff will accumulate in the joints and be almost impossible to get out. All tiles are designed to have a space, some smaller and some larger than others. The grout the goes between the tiles is part of the system to make it stable. Sealing the grout is a major help in keeping it clean and stain free, if this is your concern. Porcelain is made to have a sanded grout along with a space of 1/8 to about 1/4 inch. Or 3/6 mm This spacing will also help make up for minor tile sizes that will throw you off if you try to but them tight. - Moisten the joints between the tiles with a little bit of water. This makes the grout naturally flow into the crevices and away from the face of your tile. Work in small sections, cleaning the surface of the tile as you go. The longer you wait, the more the grout will set and the harder it will be to remove. Clean the tiles with a damp sponge. After you apply the grout to the joints of the tiles, use a damp sponge to wipe the surface of each tile clean. You may want to go over it a few times to make sure that no excess grout remains. Sweep all the grout to one area, and then wipe it with a rag if necessary. Find a pH balanced cleanser. If grout or residue still remains on the tile, use a gentle cleaner to scrub the surface. If you left the grout on too long and it cured on the tile, you may need an acid-based solution.

- Using TSP (trisodiumphosphate), thoroughly clean the tile surface. The TSP will clean and degrease the tiles. At Home Depot there is paint that you can buy that is designed specifically for painting over ceramic tile. I've used it and it does work, but make sure you open some windows and have some cross ventilation going as it smells very strong and the fumes can cause problems. It is supposed to be self leveling, but being as you are working on a vertical surface, it's best to use thin coats of the paint. If you use any other type of paint, it will come off when you go to clean it.

- Just did this recently. We used a half inch of high grade plywood for the base sheet, then on top of that a half inch sheet of backerboard. Adhere the plywood to the vanity with a liquid nails as well as actual nails. Adhere the backerboard to the plywood with thinset and hardibacker screws. Obviously you'll need to cut out the sinkholes in both. After that, you're ready to tile. Use the smallest groutlines as possible for a countertop, in my opinion. Be sure to seal the tile when you're done. I know how to tile, but I despise it (especially some of the intricate stuff involved in countertops), so I just hired the tiling done.
