2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Q: the bathroom at work has lenulium sheet. I slip when it rains, b cos it is wet. I want to replace home carpeting with tiles or vynal. which one is less slippery? thanks
- ther in none slip for both products. shop around
- Q: my floor tile has a crack so i replaced one tile with the same exact tile but but the new tile looks different how do i make the new tile look like the old tile
- Are you talking about vinyl tile? If so, the old tile is probably discolored from age, and ware. There's nothing you can do about that, but you can take another old tile from a place that's not noticeable, like under a piece of furniture, and put it where you put the new one, then put the new one in the place where you removed the old one from, and it's not to noticeable. If you're talking about ceramic or clay tile, there may be a way to refinish the old ones to make them look new, but you'd have to check with a tile place to find out.
- Q: 12x12 tiles, what size trowel do i use and how far apart do i space tiles?
- Use a 1/4 space Trowel, The spacing for a normal Lay would be about 1/8 or 3/16 in which you'd use NON-sanded Grout. You decide on how much space you want,it changes the look and amount of grout you'll need, and more work as you go wider, Now, if you go as wide as 1/4 or 1/2 you'll need to use a Sanded Grout. Ask at the home center where you make your purchases, they are knowledgable in that department, The dept has all the accesories you need, the spacers, Trowel, Float and Sponges etc. For the Sealer, get one that is Penetrating sealer,
- Q: We have an installer, whom seems to be doing it wrong. I can‘t find any website that explains how to install tile the way he is doing it. Can you tell me if this sounds correct?First he puts mortar on the bare cement floor, then put down versa-bond or a bonding agent.. and then he puts more mortar on the tile and then lays it down.. Does this sound right to you? Thanks
- difficult situation look on to yahoo and bing just that could actually help
- Q: I want to install vinyl over a tile floor. What procedures should I take? What adhesive? What prep on the ceramic?
- You could use a self levelling floor screed to cover the ceramic tiles I would try getting a quote from a flooring contractor first as they would do it all in a day and you would have a Professional finish with minimal disruption which would be well worth the cost. If you decide to do it yourself then use the twin pack levelling compound which can be spread with a trowel this will take any unevenness out of the tiles and can be spread 6mm thick feathering to nothing. The tiles will need to be de-greased and treated with a bonding agent first. good luck
- Q: I am tiling my bathroom and in the process of re-tiling the shower stall. I removed the old plastic liner there and now some of the glue remains on the greenboard. Also, some of the green part of the board is ripped of from when the glue came off with the old liner. Some of the paper is flakey in spots. I pulled off some of the loose pieces, but there is more. Now, I‘m an amateur. I was told to use some grout sealer to go over the greenboard. However, since there are flakey pieces of paper from the greenboard on there still, should I simply remove as much as I can before sealing and tiling? Will the seal glue these flakey pieces down and make them secure for tiling? What is your advice? Many thanks!
- you really should just replace the green board with wonder board.Grout sealer does nothing on drywall, whoever told you to do that is full of ****.grout sealer is for grout joints.Sealing is done AFTER tile is installed and grouted. If you leave the green board, just scrape the old glue off with a putty knife, and any loose paper, gently remove it.If there are gaps or gouges in the drywall, fill them in with joint compound ,let it dry and sand off any high spots. Installing cement board over existing drywall is not a good idea,it creates a space between the two for moisture and mold. And it creates a higher edge at the shower sides where tile edging is needed, and it will not work properly.
- Q: I'm laying ceramic tile in my bathroom which I've never done. Any suggestions? I was also just thinking that it'd be neat to put the same tile as a shower surround. Would that be difficult? What do I need to do for that?
- It is not too hard. Corners and cuts can be difficult without a tile saw. Prep is most important. Laying the underlayment, and getting the right consistency for the grout. Wiping the grout with too much water will make it crumble within a years time. You can treat the wall the same way. Just be sure and seal the grout and tile once it is done.
- Q: Our house has the same ceramic tile throughout the house but when we bought it, the owner didn‘t have any extra tiles. We have a crack that has spread through several tiles and needs to be repaired in some way. I haven‘t been able to find these tiles at any store. Any suggestions on how to get matching tiles or how to fix the crack if I can‘t find the matching tiles?
- If the tiles in the house is 8/10 years older or more and you don t know what they are, your fighting a losing battle. Tile, like a lot of flooring, changes style every 8/10 years. If I knew the name or maker of the tile I d be able to help you some. Some times just seeing the back of a tile will tell me about it. Any clues you may have, e mail me through my avatar and you can check my qualifications there. GL
- Q: hi, we need to put tiles for a room of size 10x16 fts . we will be using 2x2 ft vitrified tiles. I want to know how many tiles are required and how the cost of tile is defined in shop. (price is for 1 piece or 1 sq feet ?)
- You need 40 tiles plus scrap. Tile is priced per s/f So if your looking at a display tile it might say 8$ but the s/f price to compare to other tiles would be 2$ a s/f Same goes for 18x18 , 16x16 etc.. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there. GL
- Q: How to remove paint from wall tile in our 1929 home? Floor tile is original and in excellent shape. Help?!?
- What type of paint and what type of tile? What is the base to your paint, in other words. Different paint and different tiles have different answers. Often with older ceramic tile and if you don't use oil based paint... you can simple take a fingernail and scrape it off easily with no damage to tile. You can try a small razor blade and be very very careful about it, which is what i've done many times. Paint thinner can help, mineral spirits as well. But can hurt many different types of tile. But without knowing specifics, i can't give a specific answer to the best method of getting the paint off.
