2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q:Hi, I was wondering what type of tile is easier to lay down on a bathroom floor, large, single tiles or small tiles that are connected together by mesh. I have never done anything like this before, so any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
- The easties size is 12 x 12. Small tiles on the mesh are a real pain, each tile must be moved to get even. The tiles move around when you set in the morter. Tiles larger than 12 x 12 take extra care to keep level. Go slow.
- Q:This is a first time tiling job. Does anyone have any tips to how to properly lay tile?
- There are a lot of steps to getting set up to lay tile, and considering that there must be a hundred websites out there that describe the process, with maybe a dozen of them doing a superb job of that, I'd suggest letting your fingers do the walking and skimming over a few of them until you find one you like.
- Q:Is it hard to fit tile around the toilet? Should I start there first?
- It doesn't matter that it is peel and stick. The proper way is to remove the toilet and reinstall it over the tile. As to where to start, find the center of the room by measuring off of the perpendicular walls. Use a string line to mark your floor. Where the lines intersect is the center. The lines must be at right angles. Dry lay one row of tiles in each direction first, if you end up with small cuts adjust your layout so you do not end up with less than half a tile, or to hide small tiles in the least noticeable area. I know this sounds like a lot of work but it really not it just take a few minutes. You will end up with a professional looking installation. The first tile is key if you place it crooked the hole floor will be off.

- They are cold and do not provide very firm footing. Dogs generally do not favor tile. Try some big area rugs to make the dog more comfortable,
- Q:We bought the tile. Our wall has new drywall behind (unpainted and clean). We are putting the tile from above the backsplash to under the wall cabinets. Can you please answer my questions:1) Do you prep the walls with anything? We bought this tub of stuff called Thinset... Is this the actual adhesive or is there something else used to put on afterward?2) We are doing our longest wall with counter and sink/window then corner and over to counter and stove then counter. Where would the starting point be? Corner or one wall?3) The wall cabinet on the open end is about 1/2 inch in then the base cabinet right below. If we start the tile from the bottom, when you get to the top, the tile will hang out from the wall cabinet by the 1/2 in. Do we use a straight line from the wall cabinet or base cabinet and it be off either way? 4) The tile is not coated or shiny. Once they are applied to the wall and then grouted and wiped clean, do you apply any coating?
- This is a long question. First it is not good to lay tile on drywall your best bet is to get the rock board for tile it is not that expensive. Take out the drywall where the tile is to go and replace it with hardibacker board. Just pick a side but it is best to start at the bottom when you lay the tile. Make your corner is square or your tile is going to be off. I am not sure about question 3 but you will have to cut the tile to fit. Use a level and try to cut to fit as you go. There is a little room to that you can play with but try to keep things close. Unless your tile is rough or there are a lot of holes in it, there is no need to seal the tile. The grout needs to be sealed. In the kitchen bacteria will grow in the cracks so put a coat of sealer on. Take your time and it will work out
- Q:I was wondering if self stick vinyl tile would work well on bathroom walls and if it would stick well to sheet rock or if i have to replace the sheetrock with plywood?
- Use green board. It is a sheet rock panel made for bathrooms because it can endure the many extreme changes in temperature and humidity. And I agree that stick-ons may not last very long. Use tiles and get some good guidance on how to do it and what to use. It's not that complicated.
- Q:i don‘t even know how to explain what i want to ask.. but here i go....how do you make sure they come out straight. i know how to lay them but how do you make sure the second row comes out straight at the other end. I guess i need help lining them. chalk line will help but how do i do it. is there a website or video that may help me. - Q:I am getting ready to replace my kitchen flooring. It currently has sticky vinyl tiles, which I hate. I want a nice tile look for sure. However, it seems it is very hard work installing real tile, and more expensive. I have seen some laminate click together tile flooring that looks pretty good.Which one is best? Which one would last the longest? Any other insight? Thanks!
- Ceramic tile, properly installed will out last any flooring..You have your choice of ceramic, porcelains and even real stone, if thats properly sealed. Dropping something of properly prepped and installed tile will NOT crack it. You may top chip it but you would also damage any other flooring thats installed. Laminates ,of good quality will last a long time but the water factor and being in a kitchen is high risk. Sheet vinyl , as long as you don t get a base grade and get a decent product,, is also a good flooring.The new vinyls have better top coats and clean and last longer with warranties that last a long time. Tile is labor intense but the savings out weigh having it installed. You can install it yourself for the price of having some one else install vinyl. - Q:I need matching vinyl tiles for my kitchen floor. they‘re about 18x18 inch. I only need about 6 of them. is it possible to have a company match the design of tile and custom make me new ones, or a company that can match them?
- Vinyl tiles are very cheap, maybe you should consider redoing the entire kitchen floor instead of trying to match up discontinued tiles. But I know that if you bring a vinyl piece into a flooring store, they will try to match it the best as possible, and give you something very similar. Re-doing your kitchen floor with new vinyl won't cost much, and it's what I suggest.
