2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q: Complete DIY newbie here with an outdated bathroom that I want to make a master. The floor is covered in hideous 1x1 tiles. I will replace this tile with some 12x12 or 8x8. Any suggestions on how to get this stuff off?
- A lot depends on just how its layed and the substrate that it s over. I ve seen tiles done over a thin plywood, in which case you use a hammer, bust it up and remove the ply wood and all and start new. The tile could be on a mud bed in which you can either use a hammer and wide masonry chisel and go along and chisel then off . Then you can decide to remove the mud bed or go over top and reuse that substrate. Pull the stool or an in floor heat vent , if you have one, and you can determine what is under the tile. What looks like hardwood in the hall ( I can t tell for sure), and if the tile is semi flush with that, chances are its a mud bed. I m don t think its a cement board since you say it was done in the 70s and cement board wasn t invented untill the mid 70s. - Tile will always increase the value of your home. The problem with vinyl is that it is soft, so the chair and table legs will soon leave indentations in the vinyl and they will be permanent. This is also true for the appliances and any heavy furniture. It also chips, tears, and gouges easily. Vinyl can also stain. A tile may crack, but a tile can easily be replaced. There is virtually no upkeep to a tile floor.

- i think you need to measure the size of your tile again .a 9 inch tile is very very uncommon I have been doing tile for many years and never have layed 9 inch tile there is 6 inch 8 inch and the most common will be your 12 inch tile you need to check

- Having the tiles uneven on a new installation is not right. Couple reasons to cause this and should have been caught by the installer.They are more than likely not loose but since they are uneven, your more than likely to chip the edges over time. - to determine the square footage of your kitchen, it might be easier to measure the length and the width of your room and then multiply it....for instance if you have a kitchen which is 10ft X 15 ft.....the square footage is 150 sq. feet.....

- Q: i don‘t even know how to explain what i want to ask.. but here i go....how do you make sure they come out straight. i know how to lay them but how do you make sure the second row comes out straight at the other end. I guess i need help lining them. chalk line will help but how do i do it. is there a website or video that may help me. - Q: Specifically, what type of drill bit is required that won‘t chip the tile.
- Tile of this type is baked, and is therefore very hard and the glaze is a very slick surface that the drill bit has trouble getting a bite on. You could try using a center punch to mark the hole location, being careful NOT to break the tile; or use a bit made for glass (uses diamond dust and actually grinds the hole rather than drilling it.)
