3. Feature:

This valve is mainly composed of body, butterfly plate, valve shaft, seat and transmission devices. Simple and compact structure, small portable, convenient for transport, install and dismantle. 90 degrees of opening and closing, switch quickly, operating is small, light energy; Sealing performance is good, service life is long, can achieve zero leakages. Flow curve tending to straight line, excellent regulation performance.

Pneumatic actuators can be divided into type switch, external regulation. Electric device can provide or customer designated brand.

4. Sealability:

The valve for rubber seal, closing butterfly plate and seat sealing performance is good, two-way sealed good performance and the torque is small. the friction is very small between butterfly plate and the seat seal. The valve shaft drive the butterfly plate, butterfly plate do 90 degrees rotation. Butterfly plate flexible for opening and closing, no card acerbity, beating phenomenon, small torque.

Q: How many kinds of butterfly valves are there?
[main classification]1, according to drive points(1) electric butterfly valve(2) pneumatic butterfly valve;(3) hydraulic butterfly valve;(4) manual butterfly valve;2, according to the structure of the form:(1) Central sealed butterfly valve(2) single eccentric sealed butterfly valve(3) double eccentric sealed butterfly valve(4) three eccentric sealed butterfly valve;3, sealing surface material quality:(1) soft sealing butterfly valve.1) the sealing pairs are made of non-metallic soft materials, which are made of non-metallic soft materials.2) the sealing pair is made of metal hard material and is made of non-metallic soft material.(2) metal hard sealing butterfly valve. The sealing pair is made of metal hard material and is made of metal hard material.4, according to sealed form points:(1) forced sealing butterfly valve.1) elastic sealing butterfly valve. The pressure of the valve seat, seat, or plate is produced when the seal is closed by the pressure from the valve.2) additional torque seal butterfly valve. The seal is produced by a torque that is applied to the valve shaft.(2) pressure sealed butterfly valve. The pressure is greater than the pressure on the seat or plate.(3) automatic sealing butterfly valve. The pressure of the seal is automatically generated by the pressure of the medium.
Q: i have a slightly small mitral valve leak in my heart. my cardiologist say nothing to worry about, but i am not sure. can some one explain if it would eventually lead to some complications?
it can cause atypical chest pain but rarely leads to serious problems
Q: The water supply pipe is the gate valve And on the cross dry pipe are the gate valve? To answer the 30
Crown valve pressThere is no standard answer to this question. I can only give you my personal opinionRiser butterfly valve is generally place in these places (the pump outlet valve, drainage system, upper and lower floors) riser are basically installed butterfly valve, butterfly valve is not cheap, fast speed is fast closing butterfly valve can be quickly closed and open educationYou see the water pipe installed valve (with all the cross tube is the basic gate) explanation, because in contrast to the quality and stability, the valve will be better, the site does not need fast switching, it will choose good stability point gateSum upThe drains are all butterfly valves, and the stabilizing pipes are all valves! (do not rule out a full use butterfly valve for stealing work)
Q: What does the butterfly valve model d344h, d345h, d346h, d347h mean?
According to the international standard of the letters and numbers apart to explain D344H D is a unit of butterfly valve, two unit 3 is driving mode: turbine, three unit 4 connection: flange connection, four unit 4 Structure: seal type linkage, five unit H sealing material: Cr13 stainless steelD345H compare yourself to the above. Unit 5 four is a sealed, single eccentric structureD346H four unit 6 is an unsealed center vertical plateD347H four unit 7 is unsealed double eccentricIn general, there is only one difference between them: the structural form is different!
Q: 19 years ago i had a valve repair and now im due to have heart valve replacement. I heard that the metal valve make noise has anyone who has had the metal valve have this type f problem or any other problem with the metal valve it would be a great help if anyone could answer
mechanical valves last longer where as a tissue valve will require replacement down the track. mechanical valves require blood thinners to prevent clots - long term warfarin therapy is most common - stroke is a risk and pregnancy is contraindicated. the 'clicking' is often audible by stethoscope but not without one. it is likely you could feel it 'clicking' shut and its possible you would hear it - never thought to ask any of my patients that...
Q: Butterfly valve network and ordinary butterfly what is the difference?
Pipeline butterfly valve is turntable upward, like the gate valve, can be installed in the ground, the ordinary turntable is left or right.
Q: Butterfly D371X5-16ZB1 what does each letter stand for?
Daily valve pressThe regular model is out of step with you. I can only explain the regularD371X5-16ZB1D is butterfly valve3 is the turbine drive7 is the clamp connection1 is the display opening signX is a rubber seal16 is 16 kg pressureI don't know the other superfluous letters
Q: Hi guys, i asked a question before pertaining to the amount of cylinders and asking if it meant V4 or V6 or whatever.I actually meant to say VALVES, not cylinders. IS there a direct correlation between VALVES and Clyinders..Eg, My car, which is a 2001 Neon LE states right on the engine block quot;16 VALVEquot; in bright letters. I am sure this is a 4 cylinder engine. I haven't had a car that broadcasted the number of VALVES before. Another car I had broadcast that is was a 3.3 Liter V6 right on the engine. Is there a mathematical relationship between VALVES and cylinders, or would my car be braodcasting 16 VALVES, because a 4 cylinder doesn't typically HAVE 16 valves, or what is the story??Recently, I was looking at an altima, and it said 24 valves. Can you tell just by the number of valves if it is a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder or whatever??Thanks.
for every cylinder there is 4 valves..
Q: I HAVE A 2003 FORD EXPEDTION THAT IS IDLE ROUGH,AND WILL EVENTUALLY STALL. TODAY I FOLLOWED THE PCV VALVE HOSE TO THE BACK OF THE THROTTLE BODY AND NOTICED THERE IS A BIG HOLE ON THE ELBOW OF THE HOSE. HOW CAN I CHANGE IT? CAN I JUST FORCE THE HOSE OUT AND SIMPLY PUT A NEW ONE? BEEN HAVING THIS ROUGH IDLE /STALL PROBLEM FOR A WHILE I CLEANED IAC VALVE, THROTTLE BODY CHANGED THE AIR FILTER AND ALSO CLEANED THE MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR, I HAVE A P0171 system to lean(bank 1) code
just undo the clamps, and pull. it may need some wiggling and tugging, as its been on there for 9 years now without moving. put on your new hose, and replace the clamps, and youre done. next time, try not using all caps. it doesnt make us want to answer your question anymore just because its in caps, in fact, maybe a little less.
Q: 1988 volkswagon cabriolet, rabbit tried mystery oil let sit for a week having trouble with stuck valves even taken a wrenrch to manually unstick. help any suggestions 4 cyclinder car has been sitting up for about 4 years
The only reason for a stuck valve is if it bent from a thrown timing belt. Sitting 4 years will not cause valves to stick usually, because there is always some oil leakage from the head, that prevents rust. How do you know the valve is stuck? Have you done a compression test, checked the valve clearance? When you say you take a wrench to manually unstick it, it would help to know what you mean, because there is no place to put a wrench that would help unstick a valve that was stuck. You need to tell us much more.
