Brief Description of mining pendulum feeder machine:
The pendulum feeder is one of the most common machines among the mining equipment. It is widely used in the material feeding process of the rock particles and it is also called shaker feeder. This machine is able to send the materials from the material cabin to the material receiving machine in a even, regular and continuous manner and it can be used for feeding materials to ball mill or belt conveyor.
The chute feeder can be installed on the ground or onto discharge port of ore bin. The chute bottom plates do the reciprocating movement, the movement frequency is 20-60 times/min and the stroke is 20-200mm. Stroke can be adjusted by the eccentric wheel; the eccentric throw is half of the stroke. According to experience of some mine sites, the eccentric throw should be no less than 30mm for cohesive ore. The chute width is 2-2.5 times wider than maximum feeding granularity. The biggest chute feeder can supply ore with granularity less than 500mm. The most common specification is 980*1240 chute feeder, with feeding granularity between 350-0mm; it is the best partner of 400*600 jaw crusher.

Working Principle of mining pendulum feeder machine:
The electric motor slows down through the triangle speed reducer, and the power is transmitted to wheel whose eccentric distance can be adjusted. And then through the eccentric wheel and the connecting rod, the pendulum bottom plate is driven to move. The rocks above the rock cabin will be discharged out of the machine at an even speed, thus completing the feeding process.
Pendulum feeder is suitable for ore dressing, coal, chemical industry and other departments.It delivers the granular material from stock chest to various installments through funnel.
Pendulum feeder is not suitable for delivering the dry powder or too big material, or may cause dust pollution and discharging hole blockage.
