Depending on logistics companies, your best ports to ship from are in South Africa(Mozambique may be an option as well) . you will most likely need to make your purchase in dollars as well, so you'll need a bank that can assist you. Even after all this advice, consulting your business lawyer on what other government restrictions there are, will be your best option.
