Working Principle of Hammer Crusher

Hammer crusher mainly crushes materials with impact energy. When hammer crusher works, the electro motor drives the rotor to rotate with high speed and the materials evenly go into the crushing chamber. The hammers rotating with high speed will crush the materials relying on impacting and cutting force, and at the same time, under the gravity, the materials will flow from the hammers rotating with high speed to the baffle and the grating bar inside the rack, and the materials bigger than the screen size will remain on the grating bar and be impacted and ground by the hammers until they are crushed to the required granularity and finally discharged from the machine.
