Brief Introduction:
Milling machine is suitable for crushing strength barite, limestone, ceramics, slag, etc. Mohs hardness of not greater than 9.3 and humidity below 6% of non-inflammable mines, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries more than 280 kinds of materials the high fine powder processing, product particle size 80-425 head of the regulator (the smallest 1,000 head). Working Principle:
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products

- In the 80's, most mechanic MOS training was self paced with a 6-8 week standard. It may be different now. The reason being, the Marines want to make sure you grasp what you are training for. If it takes a little more time for some it will be worth it to have a well trained devil dog.

- I'm guessing doing upkeep on machinery, fixing broken parts ect ect. As for deployments, usually six months every two/three years depending on what boat your assigned to. However, some do go out infrequently and for shorter periods of time(three months on three months off)
