5.FAQ

1.Q: What about leadtime ?
A: Normally the leadtime is 60days after we receive the deposit and confirm the details. All the press machines we use is the best quality in China Yangli brand. The press machine leadtime from Yangli is 50days, the best leadtime we can give is 60days.

2.Q: What's the lead time for moulds?
A: Normally the mould leadtime is 45 days after we confirm all the details with customer. Our professional mechanical enginners from Austria will design the mould according to the samples from customer, or by the specifications offered by customers.

3.Q:What kinds of mould you can make? and what is your strong point for the moulds?
A: we can make wrinkle wall mould and smooth wall mould both. For wrinkle wall mould we can make, 79" pan, fish pan, bbq pan. For smooth wall mould we can make muffin cup, and cake cup, tar cup, etc. We can also make 2 or 3 portion conatiner moulds as long as you offer us sample or specifications. Our strong points are all our moulds are WEDMLS cut, which makes the mould more accurate and precise. Important materials likestainless steel parts we make in Austria. We also recut after heat treatment, which most of makers do not take this process..

Q: What is the thickness of the aluminum sheets?
The thickness of the aluminum sheets can vary depending on the specific product or application. Aluminum sheets are available in a wide range of thicknesses, typically ranging from 0.006 inches (0.15 mm) to 0.25 inches (6.35 mm) or even thicker. The appropriate thickness will depend on the specific requirements and intended use of the aluminum sheet.
Q: What is the typical tensile strength of aluminum sheets?
The typical tensile strength of aluminum sheets can vary depending on the specific alloy and temper, but it is generally in the range of 20,000 to 45,000 pounds per square inch (psi).
Q: Are aluminum sheets suitable for automotive body framing?
Yes, aluminum sheets are suitable for automotive body framing. Aluminum is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and offers excellent strength-to-weight ratio, making it an ideal choice for reducing vehicle weight and improving fuel efficiency. It is commonly used in modern automotive manufacturing for body panels and frames, providing structural integrity while maintaining durability.
Q: This question asks about the typical duration an aluminum roof sheet can last before it needs to be replaced or repaired.

The lifespan of aluminum sheets for roofing can vary depending on the quality of the material, installation, and environmental factors. On average, a well-maintained aluminum roof can last between 20 to 50 years. High-quality aluminum roofing materials, when properly installed, can even exceed this range, offering a lifespan of up to 70 years. However, it's important to note that regular inspections and maintenance are crucial to extend the life of any roofing material, including aluminum.

Q: How do you form curves or shapes in aluminum sheets?
There are several methods to form curves or shapes in aluminum sheets. One common technique is called bending, where the sheet is clamped and then gradually bent using a mechanical press brake or a hammer. Another method is called roll forming, which involves passing the aluminum sheet through a series of rollers to achieve the desired shape. Additionally, aluminum sheets can be molded or pressed into curves or shapes using specialized tools or dies.
Q: Are aluminum sheets suitable for architectural roofing?
Indeed, architectural roofing can indeed be accomplished with aluminum sheets. Aluminum, being a lightweight substance, is resistant to corrosion, which renders it an optimal selection for roofing purposes. Moreover, it is highly durable and capable of withstanding severe weather conditions, such as extreme temperatures, UV radiation, and strong winds. To add to its appeal, aluminum sheets are accessible in various colors and finishes, granting flexibility in terms of design and aesthetics. Furthermore, aluminum proves to be an environmentally friendly and sustainable material as it can be recycled perpetually without compromising its properties. In summary, aluminum sheets exhibit outstanding performance and versatility, thus making them a favored option for architectural roofing.
Q: This question asks for methods to preserve an aluminum window and prevent rust or corrosion.

To maintain an aluminum window and prevent rusting or corrosion, follow these steps: Regularly clean the window with a mild detergent and water to remove dirt and grime. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or tools that could scratch the surface. Apply a protective coating or sealant designed for aluminum to shield it from moisture and environmental factors. Ensure proper drainage around the window to prevent water accumulation. Regularly inspect the window for signs of damage or corrosion and address any issues promptly. By following these maintenance practices, you can prolong the life of your aluminum window and keep it in good condition.

Q: How do aluminum sheets handle extreme temperatures?
Aluminum sheets are known for their exceptional ability to handle extreme temperatures. Due to their high thermal conductivity, aluminum sheets can effectively dissipate heat, making them suitable for applications that involve high temperatures. Aluminum has a melting point of 660 degrees Celsius (1220 degrees Fahrenheit), which means it can withstand a wide range of extreme temperatures without losing its structural integrity. When exposed to extreme heat, aluminum sheets do not deform or warp easily, making them ideal for use in environments with high temperatures such as industrial furnaces, automotive engines, and aerospace applications. Additionally, aluminum has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, meaning it expands and contracts minimally when subjected to temperature variations, reducing the risk of cracking or structural damage. On the other hand, aluminum also performs well in extremely cold temperatures. It remains durable and retains its strength even in freezing conditions. This makes aluminum sheets suitable for use in cryogenic applications, such as in the construction of liquid natural gas tanks or aerospace components that operate in low-temperature environments. In summary, aluminum sheets excel in handling extreme temperatures due to their high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and excellent structural integrity. Whether subjected to intense heat or extreme cold, aluminum sheets remain stable and reliable, making them a preferred choice in various industries.
Q: What's the difference between 6061 aluminum plate, 7075 aluminium plate and 6063 aluminum plate?
Simply put, 6061 and 6063 belong to the 6 series, 6061 hardness in 90HB 6063 in 80HB, suitable for brazing, surface oxidation treatment is better,
Q: Can the aluminum sheets be used for manufacturing decorative trim?
Yes, aluminum sheets can be used for manufacturing decorative trim. Aluminum is a versatile material that is lightweight, durable, and resistant to corrosion. It can be easily shaped and formed into various decorative designs and patterns. Additionally, aluminum can be coated or painted in different colors to enhance its aesthetic appeal. Therefore, aluminum sheets are a popular choice for manufacturing decorative trim in various industries, including architecture, automotive, and interior design.
