- Q:I live in a flat and have constant leaks coming through my ceiling, there is a flat above me. This gives a crinkle appearance to the ceiling but helps to hide any marks that are left on the ceiling by removing the lights. She said next time she would put a glaze in the paint so it wouldn't dry so fast as she had to work really fast to cover the ceiling.
